Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I bought two Chanel perfumes before Christmas and Gina gave me a sample of XO Khloe kardashian. I loved the samples she gave me and saw the perfume reduced online last week. I decided to buy it. It was delivered within 4 days of purchasing it. It’s lovely perfume.

I visited the Santry branch today to…
I visited the Santry branch today to purchase my fragrance. Elaine was an absolute joy of a person to deal with. Such a great sense of humor, told me all of the offers available, and recommended the new Prada Paradigme to me. I always get the Luna Rosa black, but she let me sample the new one and she was so spot on! And to top it off, she gave me a nice little Prada travel bag. I manage a big team in customer service myself and to see how good her service is was very refreshing. I can't commend her enough, you have a great member of staff!
