Can I say how knowledgeable Adele is.
I went in to the Oxford store while I was passing through to get some ideas for a birthday gift for my partner, I went away with some ideas of what to get after spending 15 minutes trying a few out, Adele knew what scents to try after I'd given her an idea of what she already wore. I came back after browsing Westgate to find Adele and settled on pink glaze by YSL. What a great pick as my partner loved it. Spot on from Adele and her team. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I had a fantastic experience at the shop, thanks to Ishaq! He was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to show me different fragrances, explain the options and help me find the right gift set without making me feel rushed or pressured.
He also helped me get a great discount and was very generous with fragrance samples, which was such a lovely touch.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes shopping such an enjoyable experience. Thank you! Excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be back as I already have a few more ideas for next gifts.

Went in to have a look at some of the deals they had on (which were amazing btw) I was served on the till by Adele who was absolutely amazing she let me know about student deals that were on and they even had a little game out that was super fun. I visited the Oxford branch today. I had the pleasure of being helped by Morgan. She was amazing. She put up with my terrible jokes and banter, was really knowledgeable, and answered my questions. When she didn't know, she said so, and went to find the answer. I ended up buying a bottle of Mont Blanc Explorer. She's a credit to your company and deserves all the good things in life.
