Went into the store and was met by a staff called michelle when telling her my wishes for a gift for my mum she gave me some options which helped with my purchase. I was very happy

The perfume I wanted wasn’t available in the shop. The assistant ordered this for me and it came the next day.

The "in shop" experience was excellent - the staff knew exactly what they were doing and the customer service was excellent. My problem was that I had an email to say my order had arrived at the store but when I arrived it wasn't there. The staff explained that this sometimes happens as it takes longer than the email had said. So I had a waste trip to the shop. More clarity need when ordering to shop please.

Wonderful experience at the scunthorpe Perfume shop. The salesgirl- Joana, who helped me was absolutely fantastic—she was friendly, patient, and incredibly know the scent!
2nd attendance today and again- she was so lovely and it was a real pleasure to shop again

Just have to thank Rupa, for her time and care. An off the cuff visit and looking for a few ideas. But she was knowledgeable and helpful in providing alternatives to what I usually purchase. Very approachable and helpful.

I have been served many times by Beci and she is always happy, helpfull, with excellent costumer service skills and always looking after each costumer from the moment you step in until you leave.
