Excellent service from Jill at your Silverburn store. We find we would travel a longer distance than our local perfume shop as service better . We always appreciate the extra attention from silverburn .

Popped into silverburn and was greeted by the lovely Emma, she was very friendly. I was in looking for samsara which emma was able to pin point right away. She explained there was a 20% offer on in the store so my friend and I both purchased. Emma also signed us up for members cards. Will definitely be back, friendly and knowledgeable young lady

I visited the silverburn store and was served by Janice, she was so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask and she helped us pick the best sets for a present. Would visit again

What a fab experience Janice went above and beyond helping pick perfume and aftershaves and also pointing out best values.

At a busy time of year the girls in the store were cheery and happy to help anyone that came into the store.

The young lady who assisted me with my purchase was excellent and knowledgeable. I only had a photograph of perfume. She had to “source” it online , as it was not in shop. Arranged for it to be delivered. She also checked to see if i had loyalty card. (I had forgotten) Excellent serivce

Emma at Silverburn was so patient with myself (an older generation) and I wish the management would pay notice to an excellent nature and front of house person that the company ought to be proud of.
I do hope that she gets some recognition for her service.

I went into the silverburn branch with no idea what I was wanting to get, Denise from the store was wonderful and walked me through everything. She also helped me pick out some add ons that I never knew I could get. Was a wonderful experience I couldn’t recommend more
