Went in with no plan
Went in with no plan, esp after a bad experience with another perfume shop francise. Margot was incredible, helpful and friendly and got exactly what I wanted and helped me find it. I travelled up from Bude for the day, long trip but will be back if the service is always like that.

Really helpful staff
Took my daughter to buy her first perfume a few weeks ago, all staff asked if we needed any help and were very friendly. Marie was wonderful and helped find the perfect scent for my daughter, it suits her so well. I took my husband in there today and again Marie was super helpful.

Most amazing staff ever!
I went in with my boyfriend and we had such an amazing experience. The staff in this store and so friendly and gave recommendations so good we ended up buying one! Margo in particular made the experience 10/10, will definitely go back and we really recommend!

Excellent service
So pleased with street branch Clark’s village.
Looking for a men’s fragrance , not so easy to get , phoned the shop , and a lovely lady said yes we can order online , so visited next day ! All ordered delivered next day good service.

Extremely high level of service, Clark’s Village outlet
Went to purchase aftershave and perfume in the Clark’s Village outlet in Street, Somerset. Served by Louis and Philipa who were amazingly helpful and gave an outstanding level of personal service that made shopping there a pleasure.

Simply Delicious
Did not have the perfume in stock that we required. But very very helpful young sorted it out. He ordered it from there ware house and we had it delivered wirh in a couple of days. Top job.

We visited today and was greeted by…
We visited today and was greeted by friendly and informative staff. We were served by a lady called Margot and she was fantastic. Margot made sure we got the best deal and value for our money, as well as making sure we walked happy customers!

Awful customer service instore
I visited the Clarks Village Outlet in Street yesterday ( 9th December ]
The shop was empty of customers.
4 members of staff were chatting to each other whilst unpacking boxes on the shop floor , oblivious to anyone .
No welcoming greeting.
No assistance to choose or help with anything ,
No eye contact .
Left the store as so annoyed with the total negative experience .
I have always bought my perfume from there, but I most definitely will not be returning.
If I could score less than I would .
