Phoned to see if they had a perfume which Jill said they had and would keep it till called in a picked it up Jill was brilliant and even gifted wrapped it and signed me up for membership in no time will call again as no else sold the perfume l wanted a 5 star service well done Jill thank you

I had a really lovely experience in the perfume shop in Warrington, thanks to Jill. I wasn’t quite sure what fragrance I wanted, but Jill was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me try different fragrances without making me feel rushed or pressured.
In the end, I chose Vivo Elixir, which I absolutely loved. It has a really nice, strong fragrance and was exactly what I was looking for.
I’m really happy with the service I received from Jill and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help choosing a fragrance. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Kiah was welcoming when we walked into the shop even though she was busy with another customer.

Kiah was welcoming, polite and engaging with myself and my partner. Listened to what events the aftershaves was for, and was very helpful giving us her professional opinion on what aftershaves were age related and relevant. She explained what each aftershave she shown us smelt like and gave us a tester on each aftershave to help us make a decision. We was there for some time, but she was very patient with us. She made our experience a positive one.

Bought both mine and my fiancés wedding scents, very happy with the service and the options we ended up getting. Very easy going, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend, thank you Elle & Kiah!

I visited the Warrington store yesterday to treat myself to a new fragrance, although I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I was greeted by Abi, who was friendly, attentive and took the time to understand the types of scents I like. She quickly suggested a selection of perfumes that were exactly what I was after.

I'm absolutely delighted with my new purchase and really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Abi, for making the experience so enjoyable!

Visited the Warrington store today with my fiancé to pick out the scents for our wedding in 6 weeks. We were greeted by Loren who was amazing in helping us, although I already knew the perfume I wanted my partner didn't. Loren went though all different alternatives with him and then suggested Tom Ford which was completely different to the other scents he had tried and loved it. Thank you so much for all your help.
