I came here on a Wednesday right before close and was greeted by a lovely team Hamdi, Ahmad and Aman. They were so kind and patient in helping me decide what perfume to get! I didn’t feel rushed at all. Such a nice experience, I recommend buying perfumes from this store when in Westfield!

I must say the customer service from the girl serving me (who I think was named Lisa) was great. I was so indecisive as I was not sure what I was looking for really. Talked through the kind of fragrance I wanted, sampled a couple and walked out with two. Refreshing experience and will be back.
