Excellent customer service from Valentino very helpful and friendly

I had a great experience at The Perfume Shop in Wood Green. Ayshe provided amazing customer service and was so helpful throughout. She helped me find the perfect perfume for my husband and also a lovely one for my mum. She was friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. Thank you, Ayshe I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today I was served by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady called Raz. She was very patient with me and helped me to find the right perfume and beautifully gift rapped it. She is a true asset to this company and I will be returning!

She was knowledgeable, friendly and focused.

I bought some perfume click and collect all 3 times I have been left waiting hours for a pick up confirmation email customer service online said there's nothing they can do as the store is closed id have to wait till tomorrow mind you this was 4 30pm and the store is open till 7pm refund I got no confirmation email and had to contact customer service again then they said I'd have to wait 24 hours for a email other shops like superdrug send your confirmation as soon as u return the item this shopping experience has put me off for sure now ever using perfume shop again even if they do do some really good deals
