Today, I visited the shop as usual to buy a small everyday perfume, since I like to spoil myself. I believe smelling good is good business. Poppy was very helpful and assisted me greatly. I chose the latest fragrance released just before Valentine's Day. This shop is my go-to for perfumes, always reliable and helpful. Thanks, Poppy, for your assistance today; I smell fantastic.

Leni was amazing! One of the best customer service I’ve had in a long while… she has a lovely friendly approach and honest nature - give this girl a bonus please!!!

Ericka from Woolwich shop, on Powis Street was exceeding our expectations, we entered for a perfume, she proposed us other items which were nice quality and we had 20%off. She wraped very nicely our items! Thank you very much Ericka and The perfume shop!

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018, but a recent experience at the Woolwich store has ended that. I suffered from severe vertigo and couldn't collect my order within the 14-day window. I called the store to request a 5-day extension, which was refuse. I then offered to send my husband with my ID and order number. Despite your website’s Terms & Conditions (Paragraph 3.3) stating that third-party collection is permitted with ID, the staff refused this as well and cancelled my order.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund the £15 worth of points used for the purchase. It feels like they took advantage of my sickness to pocket my loyalty points. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Leni is a good sales advisor/expert. She demonstrated good understanding of perfume and comparism analysis. I was determined to buy Dior Sauvage but it was not in stock. She gave value propositions of MONTBLANC and got the sale. Keep it up, Leni.

Princess from the perfume shop in woolwich has been outstanding with my requesting always smiling and being nice while I asked to check different perfumes for my parents she even gift wrapped my perfume amazingly she is such a lovely person

I went to the Woolwich store today & was very busy. 2 young ladies Natalie and Poppy was serving many customers. From the moment I arrived I seen them
Acknowledge every customer. I was waiting for around 10 mins but when served by Natalie I find a perfume for brothers birthday & even how busy she was was very polite. Will def return

Was looking for some perfume gifts and found the perfume shop doing offers on hugo boss and few others. I rushed to the store in woolwich as soon as it opened after finishing my night shift just to double check at 9am. The Staff was really helpful and was able to order directly to store as they didnt have enough stock as the offer was still live. Didn't take long order was completed and collected few days later. Amazing staff and really helpful. Wish the offer comes back soon. Thanks will be back soon. Regards Imran
