Really good service under the circumstances. Got a nice phone call to explain what status my order was at, very pleasant even though the person must have made the same phone call many many times.That gave them a friendly feel but still instilled confidence. They didn't issue false expectations. In this day and age and under the current circumstances it was nice to get honesty. I stumbled across this company by accident but would definitely use them again. Just to say I never give a 5 star as it leaves no room for improvement but these were very close. Thank you and I hope your business survives through and after CV19.

I ordered as a donation to a local shelter, but from what I understand everything arrived quickly and with no fuss, and was in great condition.

The pet van
Brilliant service at s bargain price. Because of the corona ouutbreak all aquarist medicine is difficult to find, not only did they find it but because my koi carp were ill he (the boss) delivered it to my home on a sunday .I call that exceptional service in these difficult times. Well done to them.
