Initially were great, however after 10 months with minimal use the right ear bud no longer works at all no what you do. Waste of money, wish I`d read the reviews prior to purchase !

Incorrect product sent to me
Incorrect product sent to me. Will not send a replacement until I have incurred money sending the product back. I’ve now sent and waiting for replacement. Very annoying as it’s a birthday present and not my fault.
UPDATE: Whilst you have said that you sent me another pair out, you had already asked me to return the product. So I don't have 3 products for the price of 2. Of course this would have been sufficient if that is what happened, but you made it very clear you wouldn't send me out a new pair before I'd returned the incorrect ones. I had to go into town especially, and they still didn't arrive in time for my partners birthday :(

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the service you have received from us. After looking into your order it looks like you were sent the wrong order and for this we apologise. I can also see here that we sent you out a brand new pair free of charge therefore giving you 3 pairs for the price of 2. I hope that this token of our apology is sufficient.

The quality of the Bluetooth connection poor. You can’t have your phone too far from the pods. The quality of the sound is very tinnie with no bass. But for the price compared to apple you get what you pay for.

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the ear phones you received from us. All of our Pods have a large range with an excellent base. It is likely the pair you received were faulty and for this we apologise. Any customer who receives a faulty pair is offered a refund or exchange upon contacting us.
Poor quality product, non existent customer services. Beware.
Poor quality product (pod pros), connection issues, average audio, curt customer services. Within a few days the sides of the pods began to peel off. I would have accepted a replacement at one point but the rude customer services basically tried to only offer me a replacement, with the threat of me paying all postage charges and having them returned to me if their “quality control team” couldn’t find any issues. They reluctantly allowed me to return for a refund at a cost to me. So I’m £4.70 down. I own Apple AirPod Pro’s, I bought these for my missus thinking they might be ok and as such I was able to compare products. These still cost £50, they’re not ‘cheap cheap’. I’ve now bought her a set of Apple AirPod Pro’s. Yes the Apple ones are 4 x the price, but they are 10 x better. Note: no phone number for this company, just a slow responding email option for any customer services, oh and responses take days, not hours. They now have my pods (I paid for tracking) but are ignoring my emails. I’ve had to open a dispute with PayPal to try to claim my money back.

I am really sorry you are not pleased with the service you received from us. All earphones must be checked upon return to avoid customers sending them back after a long period of usage with no faults. We also always offer to pay up to £3.99 for return postage. I can see here you were given a full refund however i am sorry that you are still not pleased with the service you received.

i personally think mine are great quality. ordered just in time for being back in the gym, very happy with this brand :)
