I have been part of The Powerful Man for about 10 weeks now and it has been personal development on steroids for me. The personal growth, relationship growth and growth in my marriage is astounding. This organization is truly transformed the way I think. As a leader within my organization, community and industry, I don’t reflect enough upon myself. TPM has helped me to start carving the path about my inner self and taking the time to reflect on my own personal vision, mission statement and values. i’m still new to this journey, even though I’m 56 years old, but they’re still processes that we as adults can learn and bring into our day in and day out routines that are simple but it’s just an adjustment on the way we think.

The activation method followed by the Alpha reset a year later had changed my life. I was in the brink of divorce and now Nanci and I are planning our future together. It helped me do the work in me that had been needed since childhood. TPM also gave me the tools needed to make my relationship with my wife and children great.

I joined The Powerful Man in October 2025. I am working through the Ascension Blueprint with Tim Matthews. I also attended an Alpha Reset with Steve Matthews and Niell Talbot. It was a transforming experience and very grateful for all the growth and learning I have experienced.

Had I tried to guess what value I would derive from working with The Powerful Man (TPM) and The Activation Method (TAM), I would have absolutely sold myself short! Although I've been the leader of my own company for 16 years and we have been enjoying record sales growth and profit growth in the last several years, and I have been married for 32 years to a beautiful woman, and we have two beautiful and very successful children that are grown - I likely appear to most as a "success'. This review is for all those guys out there maybe who feel like I have felt. No matter how many zeros I stack on my salary, or on my bank accounts; no matter how big my business is or how many big high-paying jobs I've had; or why if I am approaching the so-called pinnacle of success, it's empty and has never fulfilled me? Why do I torture myself working more than I need to; and physically suffering with musculoskeletal problems, arthritis- just feeling worn out! After 35 years of working with my head down and running fast, why do I feel like my wife doesn't seem to appreciate any of it....and most days doesn't appear to even care for me anymore? I know the money isn't important to her either! For me, that's what this program is about. Although I've done a lot of recovery work because I've always had some external solution to my problem... which is always internal. If any of this makes sense to someone who is reading this, then welcome to TPM, and welcome to the solution! If you have suffered with drug and alcohol abuse, or any other substance abuse, gambling, porn addiction, food, workaholicism. Anything that you have done to escape yourself..... the self-doubt inside, maybe shame , or just feeling like although many parts of your life seem to be working, the most important things seem to be elusive - then I encourage you to do this. Within the first few days with TPM and TAM - I heard people who have been through it say - "show me your schedule and I'll show you your priorities." I've always said my my children and my wife are the most important to me, yet I spend 12 hours a day away from them working - thinking I'm doing what I'm supposed to do.....yet they get what is left of me - the worst of me. We do this guys because that is all we know! That is what we have been taught generationally. This program is absolutely transformational for guys like us! It gives you actions, that are repeated and focused and assessed - and easy to do. If you do these things.... if you do the work - that is where transformational change occurs. All of the men in the organization, the brotherhood, and specifically my coach, Mike Brown, is absolutely a phenomenal coach, mentor and human. His care and concern is evident in everything he says and does, he is the essence of intentional....and he shows up for the group, and for you, every time! I can't saw enough great things about Mike..... he is a fine example of a beautiful and powerful man. Become a man of your word, learn how to validate everyone in your life so that they feel seen and heard, and take extreme ownership of everything you say and do! That is what a Powerful Man learns to do here - and I'm grateful that I found this program at one of my lowest points in my relationship - and in 8 short weeks, it is really unbelievable the impacts it's having on my relationship with my wife, with my children, my employees, and everyone and anyone else that I touch or will touch! I believe it is the single most impactful decision I've ever made, and I am so grateful to be continuing on for what I believe will be a lifetime of growing, and helping other men grow, with The Powerful Man! It's not a company, it's a movement.... join us!
