I’m genuinely impressed by how smooth and responsive the platform is. It feels like they truly understand what traders need to succeed. If you’re looking for a prop firm that offers top-tier trading conditions and performance, The Prop Vault is definitely one of the best out there. Highly recommended!

This company has been incredibly disappointing, and I doubt they will be around for much longer.

I previously had a live account with Bespoke before The Prop Vault acquired them, but there has been no effort to migrate my account across. I had requested a withdrawal days before the rebranding, and while I understand that The Prop Vault cannot inherit Bespoke’s debts, a live account with no breaches should have been properly handled and successfully migrated.

This lack of consideration for loyal customers speaks volumes. It’s now been three months with no resolution.

I’ve completely lost faith in this poorly managed firm.

I purchased a 200k challenge when the company was still Bespoke and successfully passed Phase 1. When the company transitioned to ThePropVault, I continued with the challenge and passed Phase 2. However, the transition was unclear, with no official communication about whether it was an acquisition or a rebranding.

After passing Phase 2, I received no email about the next steps. I had to visit the Discord server to discover that others were complaining about not being paid or validated for months. I voiced my concerns and was banned for 7 days without any opportunity for discussion—this response felt overly authoritarian.

One comment that particularly shocked me was when they mentioned that they are not obligated to support clients who joined under Bespoke. While they claimed to be "nice" by helping these clients, they stated they couldn't provide an estimated timeline for resolution.

It’s hard to understand how a company can acquire another and essentially disregard the previous clients. If you’re looking for a fresh start with a new prop firm, it may be best to consider other options. While ThePropVault might work for newcomers, it’s hard to trust a company that has treated loyal customers this way.

I personally wouldn’t recommend them.

So far so good. Got my first payout within 48 hours of requesting and customer support are helpful.
