Still awaiting refund
Had to cancel order an order for radiators and valves. The valves had been delivered and were refunded within 2 days of them receiving the return. The radiators were never delivered as they said they would just cancel the order and refund. 1 month later and I have still not been refunded for the radiators.

Hi Michael, we're very sorry for the delay with your refund. This isn't the standard of service we aim to provide.
For this particular item, we work with a delivery partner who assists with fulfilment, and unfortunately your cancellation wasn't verified as promptly as it should have been. I've now processed your refund, and I can confirm the order has been closed.
I tried to contact you by phone today but wasn't able to get through. I'll send you an email to confirm that everything has now been resolved.
Thank you for your patience, and once again, please accept our apologies. - Cameron, Sales Manager
Very good all round service

I particularly like to see radiators up close before purchasing.
Very good all round service.
