Debbie took on so much of the stress - a real support and was such a comfort. Her management of the 'service' and her willingness to adapt as needed meant that an event we were dreading turned into something quite beautiful and memorable for tge right reasons.

It goes without saying that organising a funeral can be a challenging task, particularly due to the overwhelming emotions that you and your family are experiencing. The passing of my sister, Natasha, came as a sudden shock. Despite our estrangement for over three decades, the responsibility of arranging a meaningful remembrance service fell unexpectedly to me.

Honestly, the process couldn’t have been simpler and Debbie was there through every second, expertly guiding, advising, and reassuring, from beginning to end. Together, in just a couple of telephone calls, we explored the various options for the order of service, before Debbie presented a curated list of celebrants for me to consider. Additionally, she assisted in selecting the appropriate chapel size and style. We talked through the suitability of pall bearers and she ensured the arrival of my sister at the chapel was dignified and respectful, helping us with details of all the eco-friendly coffins available too. Debbie was the first to arrive at the crematorium, efficiently handling the delivery and arrangement of flowers on the day of the service, and she was the last to leave. I say it was simple, but I think Debbie just made sure it was effortless for us, and that’s exactly the support you need when grieving.

Everything was flawlessly executed, and Debbie remained by my side every step of the way, providing guidance, advice, and reassurance. The resulting service was a kind and loving tribute to a sister with whom I once shared a close bond. But importantly for me, it held significant importance for my mum; a grieving mother mourning the loss of her daughter.
