They sent 7 pies instead of 8; no excuse given...the delivery was late & there was no answer to my email.

Nothing special, had better and had worse!!

These pies are so tasty and full to the brim with delicious fillings. I have bought pies online before but these are by far the best. I bought both fruit and meat pies they were so good. I will be buying again from this company.

When the pies were delivered, one had come loose in the box and was a bit worse for wear but still able to be cooked.
We tried the steak and stout first which was an ok steak pie but there wasn’t a hint of stout. The apple crumble pies were very disappointing with very little flavour. The real pasty was ok but we are spoilt with a number of pasty shops nearby that this got nowhere near, the cheese and potato was just potato with maybe a hint of cheese. The chicken and mushroom pie was nice with large chunks of chicken but overall the whole experience was not what I was expecting. We won’t be ordering again.

I am extremely satisfied with all the pies and sausage rolls I ordered. The sausage rolls thick and meaty and well seasoned, as were the pies packed with thick meaty pieces and juicy gravy, will definitely be buying again.

I ordered pasties and sausage rolls which we have had before.the pasties and sausage rolls are the best tasting we have ever had.throughout the process there was great comms throughout and the package arrived on time in a chilled polystyrene box.
All items were in perfect condition.

the steak and kidney pies were delicious as were the chicken and mushroom pies and the lamb and mint pasties,they were all filled to the brim with meat which was very tender and in my 79 years these items are the best ive ever had and i will be ordering more,well done.............quick delivery too

We brought a selection of Sausage Rolls, Pasties, Crumbles, pies and corn flake cake. They arrived in good condition in well insulated boxes. We were kept up to date with the tracking. Everything we’ve eaten so far has been delicious and as it states crammed to the crust so they are very filling. Also we brought them while the sale was on so a good saving. We will definitely buy more in the future.

We haven’t started on the pasties yet but the steak pie and the steak and kidney pies both lacked meat but had a gloopy texture in them that wasn’t very palatable. Also the pastry had a floury taste which we thought might have been that we didn’t cook them for long enough but the second one we cooked for longer than instructions and was still the same.
Lyn has replied to this with an email address asking me to contact them, I tried but the email address was incorrect or not working as I got an 'undeliverable' notification.
I have since emailed from their website and they quickly responded and resolved. Well done Real Pie Company for good customer service.

I have ordered from WBC the real pie company and they were delicious,however,my daughter recently ordered a pack of 24 and gave some to me;I'm sorry tj say they were not the same as before.What has happened to the product.Please go back to the original recipe.
