The best pies. The only pies I buy

So far the pies I purchased from the “ Real Pie Company are the best I’ve had ! They are good value for money and delicious. Also they have good amount of beef and well worth trying . I will be buying more from them !

"I recently brought a selection of meat and fruit pies, along with pasties for my mother and father-in-law. They were absolutely delighted! The meat pies were beautifully tasting, packed with generous portions of meat. The fruit pies and pasties were equally delicious, earning the title of the best they've ever had. Highly recommend these delightful treats!"

I ordered some of the mince pies for Christmas and they arrived on time which was great, however the pies were not at all fresh and incredibly dry, the texture inside was that of christmas pudding or a dense cake. I sent a complaint via facebook messenger and they sent me a reply which was very nice and asked for batch codes etc, they advised that they would get back to me. This morning I had a reply to say that this was disappointing as she had not received any complaints regarding the mince pies and that my complaint was the first, checking trustpilot I now see that this was a lie as another customer has made a complaint exactly the same as me regarding the mince pies and the exact same person who told me I was the first to complain replied to a review on trustplot some 8 hours prior to my complaint. customers do not like being lied too. They also claimed to have served THOUSANDS of customers with the mince pies, it will be very intersting to keep an eye on Companies House and their revenue status to see if this was also a lie.

Mince pies are terrible! Dry and not sweet - hot or cold! I’ll stick to supermarket own-brand in future!

Delivery was great along with packing just right for freezing. Had a pasty the pastry is really nice and the filling is tasty.
Highly recommend will try some pies after Xmas.

So disappointed. The first time we ordered these pies they was out of this world, packed to the brim, the meat just melted in your mouth, the peppered steak was my favourite of all time. I was recommending these pies to everyone, not anymore I'm afraid. The love and care seems to have gone out the window, the steak pie had four massive bits of steak that was tough and chewy and the peppered steak was just the same and the pepper was so over powering it just killed it. Sorry to say after two bits this went in the bin, I'm not even sure I want to try the other ones I bought as the first two was so disappointing, such a shame but I won't be recommending or ordering these pies again.

Had a problem in that my pies arrived damaged, contacted the helpdesk submitted some photos of damaged pies and was refunded really quickly

Fantastic service. Excellent quality pasties and sausage rolls. Full of flavour etc. Good price and quick delivery. can definitely recommend this company. Will definitely be ordering more goods from them.

We’ve not found any other pies to compare, even after moving from Sussex to the Lake District! Always “WOW!” at the meat quality and quantity and very much looking forward to trying a sweet crumble this time too!

All ways loved your pies mum and dad got them all the time before they both passed away this year only problem this time is I only got 11 for some reason apart from missing one steak and stout was all good will order again

Disgusting pie, looks nothing like the pie with filling shown on the website. The picture shown is as the pies used to be several years ago when manufactured in Crawley, and were indeed, crammed to the crust with tender chunks of beef and small pieces of kidney. Just had a Steak and Kidney pie tonight, it had a huge piece of kidney in the pie which required cutting into small pieces, and a few small chunks of beef. The rest was a gravy slop which these pies never had. When I noticed these pies in the local farm shop I could not resist buying one as they used to be fabulous. Now they are just bilious. The cost should have alerted me. They were £6, admittedly years ago, and if they were the same standard now probably should be £10 which some people would not purchase, I like a good pie and am prepared to pay for one. These are not worth the money, even at the price.

First time purchasing from this company have seen products on qvc and wanted to try so ordered from company website husband had lamb pastie and sausage roll he would have given 5 stars for these thoroughly enjoyed and will order them again but I had cheese onion and potato pastie not nice was really disappointed flavour was bland with just cubes of potato and ordered 2 apple crumbles these also disappointed hardly any apple was all pastry and crumble was sad not too enjoy all the items as was really looking forward to trying items 😥 on the plus side the items were packed very well with a cool pak inside

Delicious steak and stout pie. Tender beef, good gravy and the best pastry. Loved it. Lots of other fillings and deserts and chutneys. No wonder they are award winning. Delivered to my door fresh and cook for eating or freezing. Will order again.
