Ordered 3 shirts. All far too small. Supposed to be XXL - fit more like an L.
Customer service originally quite helpful. Send replacements. Only 2 arrived and both were same size as previous. Have email a dozen times since and now being ignored. I DMd on insta and got a response until I told them my order number and now being ignored on insta as well. Awful experience. Do not use them

Brilliant quality and customer service when I emailed about my order.

The quality is perfect, so is the customer service the only problem was the time but that was due to the country i’m from regardless it was worth the wait definitely ordering many more kits

Measures are right. Brilliant quality. Kit I oredered was brilliant. Better than picture.
It took 1 month to arrive. They replied on my mails with few days of delay.
Quality 5+ stars, waiting time and reply 3 stars.
But solid 4.

Ordered to the wrong address, so I contacted on instagram and they were very helpful and responsive and changed the shipping address. The Products came exactly how I hoped they would and quality is good.

The order does take a while to Germany ( Always exactly 3 weeks) but its absolutely worth it, and taking into consideration that the products come from far away its really no issue. Bought 4 jerseys all perfect and in 1:1 to quality.

Shirt took slightly longer than anticipated, but, once I got it, I was impressed with the fit, quality and style.

I've ordered 3 kits over a month ago, still haven't received anything. I was told it would take max 2 weeks and I've been repeatedly trying to contact them through Instagram and email, yet I am not recieving any responses. I have saved up that money for a long time, really will sting if I don't receive it.

Ordered 3 kits, 2 perfect and 3rd clearly wasn’t up to standard, Instead of taking ownership they gave me the bare minimum send us more pictures and we will look into it response, more pictures sent and still no correspondence from them, weak customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them after this.

It does take several weeks to receive your items 4-5 weeks. And when we received them, they did not have the additional items (name, number and patch) on them. It was very frustrating as you pay extra for these items.

However, I must say once they received my email/complaint, they were very quick to respond with apologies. They immediately corrected the items and shipped them out at no additional charge.

Kits look great, bought from them previously & will do again in the future

Order finally came after 6 weeks. Emailed me to say one jersey wasnt in stock, decided to change another jersey in my order without telling me so only 1/3 ordered came.

One jersey doesnt fit and company refusing to respond to any emails regarding swapping size.

Very poor customer service.

Great quality shirts. Packed in clear bag. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the delivery was 3 weeks.

Easy to use website

Took my money at point of order then a few weeks later emailed to say one of the tops wasn't in stock and I had to give them another choice. Done this despite the fact that the original request was still showing as in stock on their website. Now another few weeks later I still have no confirmation of when the goods will be received and getting no replies to my emails. So currently they have my money I have nothing and no idea when or if I will receive anything.

It was my 5th order with them it took almost 2 months to finally arrived on the most unexpected morning on Holy Innocents day 🤣 (it’s true many holidays and high demand shopping season involved for transport service between blackfriday and Christmas) but what a gift it was to turn around my end of year. They finally delivered one of my most wanted jerseys chased along many vendors and they delivered the exact jersey as promised.

They had to sent me a replacement jersey after this because one came with wrong size and defect in custom. I noticed from a photo regarding the content of the order and the correct jersey came just couple days ago perfectly this time on January 4th.

These guys cares a lot for you to be satisfied with the order, you can ask for a new size if the one that came doesn’t fit you or if any mistake was made regarding custom. No need to send back the one you got. After all these months buying from many vendors, when it comes to quality of customization or support to find jerseys or extra items that are not in catalog they are my number one choice.
