Excellent service – EPC upgraded from D to C

I contacted Thermova after looking into the options for upgrading my properties from an EPC D rating to C. They explained their process clearly and, importantly, there was no financial risk to me. They confirmed that if they were unable to achieve a C rating, I would not have to pay.
A date was arranged, and they attended the properties and carried out the necessary testing and assessments. The process was straightforward and caused no unnecessary disruption.

Once I paid the invoice, I promptly received the certificates, and the new EPCs with the C ratings were lodged on the government’s EPC register.

All in all, it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. The service was professional, straightforward and exactly as explained to me at the outset. I would be very happy to recommend Thermova to other landlords looking to improve their EPC ratings.
