My order came in a severely damaged package and after unpacking it I noticed that the toy wouldn't charge no matter what.
Contacted customer support about it and never heard back from them.

Never received item after well past 20 days on 7-15 day shipping and the tracking number does not appear to be valid. Did not seek money back because I believe this is just fraudulent so I will be following up with my bank for a refund.
