Materials always arrive well packaged and intact. The material is also as shown on the website and I have never been unhappy with any design or fabric.

I have had the same machine for 29yrs.it needed attention so I decided to push the boat and purchase a new one. I made inquiries at a depart store. They didn't have the information I wanted so I contacted The sewing studio. After a short chat they suggested the machine I chose. Also had a discount of £50. Cannot praise this firm enough. Wish I lived in Redruth.
