What a top quality service. The website is brilliant and so are all the folks at customer services too. They dealt with me very kindly indeed and answered all my questions no matter how small. I checked to see if the machine was in stock and was able to select a delivery day too. It arrived this morning. Just amazing

Order placed and dispatched notification received with Royal Mail tracking, then I get a call from a cheerful girl stating they don’t have enough to fulfil my order. Insincere apology no alternative offered so the order is cancelled and I’m to be refunded. Then I look to see if I can find another fabric in the range i find it’s no longer on offer and its back at full price! :(

I searched online for a sewing machine that was suitable for quilting and embroidery. I came across the video of the sewing machine I liked from The Sewing Studio Ltd. The video is clear and concise, an excellent tutorial of how to use the machine. I ordered the machine online along with some other purchases. I contacted them to ask when the machine would be delivered and they got back to me very quickly to confirm the delivery date. The delivery was great and on time. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a sewing machine, to buy it from The Sewing Studio Ltd.

I needed some blender fabric quickly mid project and found it at the Sewing Studio. It was despatched the same day and arrived quickly by post.
I've used the Sewing Studio before and find they have a great selection of fabrics at competitive prices.

I asked for all the fabrics to be labelled as the y were very similar and they did it for me. Very helpful.
