It was a pleasure discovering Jan's website. He was very prompt to answer my email question, and the package came quickly in less than two weeks to the U.S. in time for my friend's birthday. Even tough our languages were different, it was easy to negotiate, and that's great. Besides, the Victorinox model I bought came perfectly functional, clean, and had no scratches or any marks, it's beautiful as a brand new. Due to the distance, it naturally took some time to get here (I'm Brazilian), but I had no trouble with shipping, it all happened just fine. The whole experience was great and I hope can negotiate more soon!
