I joined the shirt bar member and I was contacted by Sarah, the shirt bar personal stylist team, via whatsapp about their Everyday Collection.
I was offered to get a curated box styled by her from the collection. The delivery of the box was quick and I was shocked when I saw the colours that was picked out for me.
I personally loved the items that was sent to me and the colours that was picked out. Personally, there was some colours that I would shy away but was shocked that none of those colours appeared in the box. I really loved the item that appeared in the box!

Superb experience at the Wheelock store earlier this week. Really thankful to Justin and Yan for staying past opening hours to take my measurements for a tapered fit.
This is indeed a great place with good quality products and excellent customer service that made me a return customer 3 weeks after my first purchase.

Exceptional Aftersales Support
I just had to share my recent experience with Jin's aftersales service because it truly made a difference for me.
A few weeks ago, I bought a suit from another salesperson, and it quickly became my favorite piece of suit. Unfortunately, a small issue arose with it, and I was worried. However, Jin came to the rescue, and I couldn't be happier.
The moment I reached out to her with my concerns, I was met with kindness and professionalism. She listened to my concerns attentively and assured and guided me on what could be implemented to make the suit more tailored looking.
Efficiency:
What really impressed me was how efficiently she handled my case. Within an hour, she had a solution in place. I didn't have to deal with long waits or endless back-and-forth shifting of blame. It was smooth and swift.
Quality Assurance:
Jin takes quality seriously, and it shows. They not only fixed the problem with my suit but also ensured that it could easily be rectified.
Communication:
Throughout the process, she kept me reassuring on what was happening, which I greatly appreciated. It made me feel like a valued customer, not just another order number.
I can't express how thankful I am to Jin for their exceptional aftersales support. She not only saved my favorite suit but also won me over as a lifelong customer. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for not only great suits but also a company that truly cares about its customers.

Was looking for an outfit and was assisted by Jin from Vivocity Outlet. The product that was offered was just fantastic but the service for a retail store was amazing. Not only by Jin but the rest of them. Recommend this outlet and Jin if u are finding an outfit for yourself.

Great Service!
Experienced great service from Haron and his colleague at the Bugis Junction pop-up shop while selecting pieces to put together for my suit. I was particularly impressed with Haron's patience and knowledge. If ever need a new suit, do give The Shirt Bar a try!

i went to the wheelock place outlet. the store was busy and it took a little while to get the staff’s help. once we did Yanne made sure we had an amazing experience. he was very proactive and creative with his suggestions. he went above and beyond. overall a wonderful experience. thanks Yanne!

Strongly recommend
I have experience with three outlet. One in Jewel, Wheelock and Vivo city. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
The quality of the shirt is amazing. Soft and feel durable. The shirt fit nicely on your body and you won’t feel too baggy or too tight.
I will strongly recommend you to try.
