The Shoe Snob Store Avaliações

I purchased multiple sets of shoe trees and encountered a defect in one pair. Shoe Snob took the initiative to contact me and promptly offered a refund for the faulty item. Overall the product delivers fair value for its cost, as indicated by my rating. For optimal shoe care, I recommend considering the wood shoe tree, currently available at a reasonable price on their website.

Excellent shoe trees, beautifully shaped and lasted. Perfect fit for a range of my Oxfords and loafers. On clearance offer an utter steal!
Quickish delivery but was not in a rush for them and its Christmas surge for post.

This (according to my information) small company is really very accommodating. They try to please you as much as they can. Very friendly communication, express delivery, unrivaled quality. And the prices? You can see for yourself on their website. What more to add? A huge thank you and I will definitely come back to you again.

Great products, knowledge about shoes and exceptional customer service.

Great order experience. It needed a bit of manual intervention (my needs) and it was expertly dealt with. Fully informed all along the way. Happy customer!

Update - very polite phonecall fro company to sort out delivery - would use again

Brilliant no problem. Always buy from them.

A very respectable and honest company. Thoroughly impressed with their service and care for the customer.

Recently purchased a small welt brush and a large shine brush for use at home and I have to say they really are top quality items!
They were delivered in good time and with an unexpected extra in the form of a snazzy pair of purple laces!!
I’ll definitely be back.

Very poor customer service. There is no reply from them

Good people that understand our needs, try very hard to fulfill them and in my case succeeded with honours.
I await the boar hair brushes so I can make further purchase- "Which speaks for itself!"
Julian (Owner I think- if not- an EXCELLENT Manager) is one of the better people you'll ever speak with- the highest calibre of phone manner and customer service- shop once and you WILL shop again!

Great product, wonderful people. M.

Personal phone call when the delivery was delayed

Good communication about the delay from the supplier. Product is probably the best travel shoe tree available.

First time buyer. Very happy with the products and customer service. I will be returning.

Excellent product, quick despatch, very competitive pricing.

Good products. Reliable delivery.
