Quality
The packaging for the shrimps was second to none. One bag had leaked, however due to the excellent packaging all the shrimps survived the delivery. Care and attention to packaging makes a great deal of difference for the shrimps to survive their journey to their new home. Well done Shrimpfactory :)

After royal mail lost my previous order , James from the shrimp factory did everything within his power , from tracking , to timing dispatch to when suited me, to following up, all to make sure the order arrived and I was satisfied.
You'd struggle to find better customer service.

Honestly 10/10 service.
Orders shipped really quickly and the shrimps arrive so safe in their packaging. Lost 1 of 20 but looks like it was trying to shed in the bag and got stuck.
However we did get sent a few extras which we are really grateful for and my little shrimp tank looks amazing! Thank you so much! Will definitely be ordering again!

Got extra snails, the snails looked absolutely stunning, indeed high grade.

I have bought from Shrimp factory twice…
I have bought from Shrimp factory twice now and will definitely use again in the future.
All shrimp have arrived well and healthy.
All items are well packed and it is clear they took care when choosing which shrimp to ship.
Using moulded polystyrene boxes meant the shrimp were protected from any bumps during the journey.
