I have received a 10/10 service from Dr Kumari and her amazing team. I was so anxious about having this procedure and I only wish I had come across this clinic earlier. I had been thinking about having this done for almost two years and when I finally got the courage to do so I was so happy to have found such support. I’ve been able to discuss my worries and feelings in total confidence with Dr Kumari and business manager Lina. I have been able to contact them at anytime and ask any questions. Hair loss had been really badly affecting my self esteem and self confidence. It felt out of my control. I felt very paranoid and alone. But since my procedure I have noticed a big change in my mood and I can feel a positive impact. I am so happy with the results after just a few months. I still cannot quite believe how easy it’s all been and I can really see a much happier future for myself because of the hair transplant. What a place, you won't find better. It has been just over 12 months since I have had my procedure and I couldn't recommend the clinic enough. From start to finish they looked after me & answered any questions or concerns I had. The procedure was great, I got it done all in one sitting and was made comfortable throughout. The aftercare was one of my biggest concerns incase anything went wrong but it was perfect, all the aftercare schedule was ready for me before I left with clear and precise Instructions. I have been into the clinic at month 3, 6 & 12 for check ups and I am delighted how it has gone. The confidence it has given me now not worrying incase abit of wind comes or putting so much hair spray to keep everything in place it is life changing. I choose liverpool hair transplant clinic because of the location and how close it was to home.once I made contact with lina and Dr kumari I just felt relaxed and comfortable with the procedure. I was reassured with all the information given.

On the day of the procedure I was made to feel very reassured and relaxed. The attention I received was brilliant. The procedure went ahead without any complications and at the end of it I was given a very good aftercare plan.

After 3 months I was called into the clinic for a follow up, which went ahead fine and again 6 months later I have been called in again. I have been looked after brilliantly and I am so happy with the results that have been achieved.

After much research on getting a hair transplant I found that I should do research on not just the procedures, pricing but the most importantly the doctor involved. After finding Dr kumari and researching her I decided on speaking with her a few times before making my decision.

I'm happy that I chose Dr kumari as I'm amazed at the results I've had thus far (been six months of writing this review) and being able to contact the clinic at any point with my concerns put my recovery and pre surgery at ease.

4 months post operation and very satisfied with the results so far. Dr Kumari and the staff think I'm roughly 30% regrowth which is amazing as the result thus far are very good.

I have found Dr Kumari and her team to be very professional, sincere and knowledgeable. During the procedure I was made comfortable and taken care of throughout.

I am a 68 year old woman and by the time I reached my middle 60s my hair had become so much thinner, particularly at the front. I was very nervous on the day, but everyone was friendly and professional which really helped. The procedure was tiring and a bit uncomfortable here and there but not painful, much better than I expected! The hardest part has been waiting for the new hair to grow, but eight months later I can really see the difference. The transplanted hair is growing well and filling in all my bald areas, Dr Kumari tells me that it is only about 50% through so it will be a few more months before I see the full result. The service at the Liverpool hair transplant clinic is second to none. I underwent my FUE Hair Transplant 6 weeks ago and from the moment I enter the building I was put at ease by everyone. The whole procedure and day couldn’t have went smoother. After around 2 years of feeling my looks and confidence slip away from me with hair loss, I made the decision to put my trust in the LHTC. I saved up enough and booked my consultation, Dr Kumari was immediately personable and the team were friendly and available at any time to discuss my concerns.

I had my transplant at the very end of 2021, I am now 4 months in and feeling so much more like myself. I can't recommend the team at the Liverpool Skin and Hair Clinic enough. Firstly, I researched everything related to the procedure and almost enquied about all clinics within the UK. At this clinic, in particular, I was blown away by the number of testimonials on their social media (Instagram) and the results of each client was fantastic. I first reached out to Joy and the team at the start of the year and had my procedure done in June and I'm now writing up this review 6 months in and the results are more than I ever imagined. The hairline, the thickness and the confidence is all back. I'm only a quarter into achieving the maximum results and I'm already a new person. For those deciding if it's worth getting it done and reading this review, yes! It really is and Joy and her team make that decision so much easier for you once you meet them! The Team Very professional, knowledge but most importantly hospitable. It's an overwhelming decision to make and the team just put you at ease and explain each part of the process in great detail and make you feel completely comfortable. I found my 2-day operation actually enjoyable as it was that easy to talk to the team through the procedure, making you feel like it went super quick. The Procedure was actually painless as the team constantly asks if you're okay, and will make sure that you have what you need or offer a break if needed. The aftercare booklet and routine checkups are an added bonus. They are always available to talk and answer your concerns. The accounts Manager Zeeshan is outstanding for this and he will look after all your needs.

Last year, I decided to get a hair transplant. My hairline was receding, and it was starting to annoy me, especially after a few people made remarks about it. If you're anything like me, you've spent months looking at different providers' Instagram and Facebook profiles. I'd read a number of stories about folks or celebrities who had undergone the treatment. I was also concerned about the procedure's cost, the results I would receive, the aftercare, and what would happen if something went wrong. When I spoke with a few providers, I got immediate red flags when I was approached by pushy salespeople.

The procedure was carried out by nurses in some cases, or it was spread out over two days in others. Some work with clinics in other countries, but I preferred the assurance of having the treatment performed in a UK-regulated clinic. When I discovered LHTC, I made an appointment with Dr. Joy right away. It was reassuring to meet with the doctor who would be performing the treatment. Dr. Joy was completely honest with me about my current hair loss and was able to address all of my concerns and questions. Even after the initial consultation, when I had follow-up inquiries, the LHTC crew was always incredibly helpful, and I never felt hurried into booking anything.

The clinic manager kept me updated frequently leading up to the treatment, and communication was excellent. The treatment was painless; nonetheless, it was a lengthy day, and the personnel was attentive to you, and you were able to take many breaks if needed. Throughout, the personnel was reassuring, asking if I needed any further pain treatment and ensuring that I was entirely at ease. The post-procedure care was fantastic; I kept in touch with the clinic via WhatsApp and returned two weeks later for a check-up and scab removal. You will be given a simple post-procedure care package that includes all of your medications. Today I had my six-month check-up with Dr. Joy and the rest of the team.

I can honestly say that the results have exceeded my expectations thus far; my hairline appears to be quite natural, and the density is consistent with the rest of my hair. I've gained a new sense of self-assurance, and I'm looking forward to the next six months. If you're unsure, schedule a consultation and ask all of the questions you need to ask. You are under no obligation to proceed. Dr Joy and her colleagues are highly recommended not only because they are a UK regulated clinic, but also because they are extremely competent and knowledgeable in their field. This is a clinic that cares about its reputation and will do everything in its power to ensure that you get the best outcomes possible.

Do your homework, ask lots of questions, and if you go ahead with the operation, make sure you follow all aftercare instructions!

After years of suffering with a receding hairline and feeling very self conscious about it I finally saved up the money to get a hair transplant. I met Dr Kumari a few weeks before the procedure where she convinced me to choose her as she said if you are not happy at any point come back to me and I will resolve your issues. This costing me £3,500 for 3000 grafts. The first part which I criticise is On the day I was given a number of injections to numb the areas of my head requiring surgery which are very painful. I was propped up on a table which due to pain I blacked out banging my knee on the hard surface of the floor. Dr kumari later saying to another assistant this happens a lot we should have people laying down in future.

Finally after a day’s surgery my hair transplant was done. I was initially worried that the sonar area had been completely over harvested and the front was not thick enough and was very thin.

1year later still no change to my hair it is very thin and obvious I’ve had a hair transplant I give the expression ‘doll like plugs’ I contacted the Dr who brought me in and said there’s nothing wrong and it was a good job she then agreed in needed filling in and stated she would contact me and fit me in for surgery.

Another 2 years later which me emailing, texting and calling the works phone and still nothing from her until a random call from her personally however not to arrange surgery but to ask advice about the line of work I am in.

I was furious with the level of service I have received from her as well and the work I am left with big patches to the back on my head where she over harvested one area and a terrible doll like hair at the front. I’ve been to another surgeon who also agreed it’s a very poor quality of hair transplant with over harvesting the back and putting too many hairs/grafts in one hole which should never happen and this with cost me another £2,800 to correct. I see people looking at my hair line as I talk to them as it’s that obvious, this really makes me self conscious and upset so I’m back in the same boat I was in.

Do not use her COMPLETELY AVOID. There are better surgeries out there to use, don’t make my mistake.

Went for a hair transplant in October 2021 after being recommended from a friend after suffering from a receding hairline. After a few appointments having to be altered and finally having the procedure done, the results so far 7/8 months on are fantastic. Basically have a full head of hair and its only 50% repaired and still another 50% of growth to go. The staff are pleasant and insightful, I would recommend for this reason.
