I purchased a n emails glow up package for £1500+ in 2023 and haven't received the service as promised, or even any of the extras promised as an apology for not returning my comms for over a year. I have lost all my money, respect and consideration for TSBH. This has hugely negatively impacted my business and livelihood; caused stress and lost my own subscribers. Olivia if you are reading this, I am reasonable and appreciate health reasons are a cause of this nature however, this is unacceptable and refunds must be made - however long it takes!!! Don't get sucked in by the 5 * reviews!!! This company was good at the beginning. Until the CEO was making promises she had no intention of keeping.

At first the excuses around not uploading new content for months on end seemed believable and I continued with my monthly payments. Then she went radio silent on socials and I wanted to cancel, however. Like many others I couldn't!!
They don't respond to emails, dms, comments on old posts,just nothing.

When I eventually did manage to cancel (thanks to another disgruntled member figuring it out) I lost every thing I had paid for.

What an absolute waste of £100's of pounds. If not more

She has ripped off hundreds of people whilst dripping in designer clothes.

I joined tsbh membership growthpreneurs a while ago and although learnt a lot at beginning I then left due to a lot of videos not working and never any updates however rejoined when £10 offer was on giving everything benefit of the doubt, now feel so silly that I was taken in by it - thankfully managed to cancel however was close to having to cancel bank card to get it cancelled which would have been a huge hassle for me.

Companies house states the company is due to be stick off in July and I really am sad to see it go if it does get struck off as back in the day it helped me a lot however do feel like a lot of motivation has been lost with it and won't be able to be returned. I dont want to be nasty and genuinely dont think Olivia set out to hurt/scam people I just feel like she was out of her depth and handled things quite badly. But I am so grateful to everything I have learned and all the lovely friends I have made through Growthpreneur and the amazing small businesses I have found through Growthpreneurs.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF BY COMPANIES HOUSE - AVOID! Money is still being taken on memberships and there is no way of cancelling on the membership platforms or getting any contact back from TSBH. I've tried for 6 months to terminate my membership and now taking it up with my bank as I now have full evidence with no replies. The company write off started last year and Olivia has continued sporadically on social media to show up when it's obvious now it was a quick money maker knowing full well the company wasn't going to survive. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANKS TO CANCEL YOUR CARD PAYMENTS AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT YOURSELF VIA THE MEMBERSHIP PLATFORMS!

Absolutely awful. Please stay well away and do not send them any money. Paid for a business growth programme which was then delayed. After being told it might happen in a couple of months I stupidly decided that I would wait. After months of hearing nothing I gave up and asked for a refund. Got told it would be sorted that week. Then after chasing got an email saying they would try and sort but the weekend as "They had spent all of their budget" Now after 2 more weeks I am getting completely ignored on all platforms. Joke of a company considering what they sell.

This company is a scam. You won’t receive what you paid for. Please dont fall for it. They are shamelessly still advertising when they can’t fulfill orders or provide any kind of customer service.

I’ve been buying their stuff for ages and whilst it started off good it’s getting progressively worse. Promises are not delivered and customer service is SHOCKING.

I’m part of a membership that I can’t access but no one will get back to me to help cancel so I’m paying for nothing. I’ve sent emails for over a week, messaged on Facebook, replied to Instagram. They’re responding to other questions but they won’t respond to any that mean they’ll have to accept any accountability.

There are illnesses that are slowing them down and her followers appreciate this and make allowances but to be honest the entire time I’ve followed this business it’s just one excuse after another.

Would give 0stars if I could. Purchased online bundle and still awaiting access to this. Not responding to any communication and automatic response on email saying that not checking / responding to emails as regularly. However still advertising offer on Instagram. Appears other people are in the same situation and this isn’t a new, it’s been happening for a long time!!! Absolutely SCAM. Beware

Poorly made resources with loads of typos. Basic canva templates with basic content. Don’t fulfil promises and difficult contact. My bank blocked payments and refunded me the money. Avoid. Business owner vanishes due to health issues then randomly pushes a new groundbreaking business package, sells thousands and then appears to never fulfil the promise. I’ve witnessed this cycle atleast 5 times now. I’m unclear if this extremely bad business management (ironic) or this business is a scam.

brought digital product, said i needed to request access so i did, tried to get in contact with olivia but no response and many other have said the same. contacting bank to report fraud and get a refund

Bought their courses bundle but it just says access decided, request access. Requested access and no response. No response to messages or comments but still advertising the bundle through Instagram stories, I wouldn’t bother.
I contacted PayPal who refunded me straight away which makes me think it could be because others have had issues with the company.

This business is a scam and beware.

Full of broken promises takes money and then doesn’t delivers.

Emails are often ignored or when they are not ignored they gaslight you.

Refunds not always given many have to go through the banks to get money back

Bought a few digital products and when I tried to download them a few days later it showed as ‘order not found’ and the website seems to have been deleted. If they were going to delete the website they should have made sure people could still access the products they had paid for. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with them, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they might have improved. There’s always an excuse for why things don’t work or why they can’t deal with customers problems. It’s been a few days since I was told they were looking into it. Still no resolution.

Could be a great resource ,however totally non existent customer service .They sell downloads that you can’t download and then don’t reply to you - totally out of their depth

Unable to download the product I ordered and am not receiving a response via email

I joined the growthpruneur membership in December 2022, and left in September 2023.

The membership felt static, as if it wasn’t being updated often enough for the money paid. Promises were made on social media and nothing seemed to materialise. Posts and stories promoting the memberships to recruit new members were regularly shared, while existing members seemed to have largely been abandoned. Olivia seems lovely, but gives the impression of severely overstretching herself to follow every new idea, then never seeing it fully through to fruition. I appreciate that she’s had health issues, but she supposedly has staff members who should be stepping in, and it isn’t on the customers to pay for products not received due to ill health.

After cancelling, a further payment was taken, which I had to email to recover. This left me extremely short and having to borrow money until it was resolved as I wasn’t expecting it to leave my account (it shouldn’t have). It was resolved quickly by the staff who dealt with it, but meant me waiting for the refund to process when I shouldn’t have been charged at all.

Currently the website is not working, nor are any videos on the membership. Yet still, there are posts and stories promoting the membership to new members instead of fixing the issues for current ones.

Wouldn’t recommend, it’s beginning to feel like a scam and certainly isn’t a business with practices that should be emulated. Which is a bit of a flaw for a business mentorship.

Terrible business.
Olivia crabtree lies constantly about delivery products or services then tries to make you feel bad because she has mental health. (Don't we all)
She takes your money and ignores any questions. Takes months for a refund or you don't get a refund.
She sends emails promising great products but lies constantly about uploading the content.
Beware!! Do not buy form olivia.
She promises so much and then dissappears with no communication.
In one challenge I joined she must have taken over 8 thousand pound and then didn't do the challenge and that's not the first time!!
Do not buy!!

I didn’t want to have to leave this review but genuinely feel like there’s no other option at this point. This business has become a complete scam. People are drawn in with promises of constant new material, coaching and live events, none of which happen. Olivia and Jack are completely uncontactable, and don’t take constructive criticism for what it is but instead say it’s “negativity”. Completely understand people have health issues but at some point you need to own up and refund people or employ people so you can still provide a service. Don’t be fooled and drawn in - cancelling is hard to do!

Please don't listen to the 5* reviews. They are all from begging new customers who have no idea how badly this "business" is run. I cancelled my membership after a few months and honestly I still feel like I was robbed. To scam people out of the little money they earn is disgusting. This business is full of promises. They offer so much, events, plans, new content, prizes, and EVERYTHING and I do mean everything gets pushed back or cancelled or just simply forgotten about- this includes things people pay extra for! The Facebook group is still full of complaints of the things I found a year ago. Please please do not waist your money on this massive scam!

I bought the Print on Demand guide thinking I would just get a few ideas and tips but it's given me so much information I never thought about... Will definitely buy another guide soon!
