Avoid like the plague .No support or contact information and all requests for help in app are intentionally ignored. Playtime by The Spotlight Pro is a money grab scam app .The first few weeks they payout small amounts in Google Play cards but if you complete any of the offers over $25 to $50 you will never see your gift cards because they simply don't process your redeemed points. This is how they profit .

They have owed me $190 in Google Play cards and Amazon cards since November 2023. Iwill never receive those cards and I have no way to even report the issue to because Playtime doesn't make any customer service information public. This is 100% a scam.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM COMPANY...THE WORST OF THEM ALL..GOOGLE NEEDS PROSECUTE THIEVES LIKE THIS COMPANY..

I spent a good few days playing and obviously WATCHING Ads that make you your money and you can't pay me my £40. If you play cashout in £ 5 /£10,because they can't or WON'T pay out

For the first month, the app was amazing! I claimed over a $160. But for the last 2 weeks, they have owed me $40. Which still claims processing. And I am absolutely sick of trying to get ahold of them, Or figure out how to get my funds. I have messaged the app developer 4 times now. Not even a reply. I hope they enjoy Developing a new app once I have their app banned from google. Better luck next time spotlight.

Scam app , I've cashed out twice and have got nothing I've got screenshots to prove it. This app needs to be shut down

I have 55 dollars, requested Google play. It's been 4 days and it keeps stating processing. I've emailed them 4 times trying to resolve this issue. No answer. I gave them a 1 on Google Play, and stated I'd like to resolve this issue. No answer.

I would give 0 stars if possible!! They do not payout like they say such fraud advertisement!!

4 Steps to report, quick and easy

Step 1: Search below keyword on Google --
play console Report a policy violation

Click the 1st result (starts with support.google)

Step 2: agree terms and condition, on application package name type "pro.cashtree"

Step 3: click "policy violation" and "Deceptive behaviour" next, click "misleading claims"

Step 4: click "In the text of the Play Store listing" and "yes" the apps available on Google Play and "Submit"

today is May 2 I've had a 50 dollar PayPal payout pending since April 22, 2023 I've sent them endless emails as well as request through PayPal for my money and still I get no answer and no payout. playtime is pure trash and a big waste of time.

I've been on the app. PLAYTIME for about two month.I finally reached a $20 dollar payout for PayPal sent the request for payment and it's been two days and no payment to my PayPal account. I will be deleting this app. If I ever receive the payout I'll update my review. However right now PLAYTIME IS A WASTE OF TIME.

With their App PLAYTIME they suggest other game app developers by refunding play time through cash out within 24 hours - but this does NOT happen. Emails also don't get answered. Conclusion: It's a fraud scheme - HANDS OFF!!!

If their email address is support at the spotlight dot pro, than this is the companies page. Don't use their apps or platform. They will reward u with Google play store gift cards that are locked and can't be redeemed! And when u email them, they ignore u. I've tried to reach out to them 3 times and no response. Don't waste ur time 😑
