The Sterling Choice Avaliações

My experience with Sterling Choice has been brilliant, Hannah was amazing, always easy to contact, always gave me a ring with important information and never left me sat unsure. Hannah found me a job super quick and thanks to her I felt super at ease during the interview process.

Great first class recruiting service. Excellent communication with regular updates during each step of the process.

Adam Smith is a very likeable, up front and grounded recruiter. During my interview process, he often went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date on all proceedings (even outside business hours) and unlike some recruiting consultancies, you are treated as a person and not just a number.

Jade was amazing and very helpful right from the beginning. I could count on her for all the support I needed to get to this new job.

Great communication from start and during interview, attention to detail and helpful.

Dan was there for me every step of the way in my application process, often went above and beyond to keep me updated on my progress throughout the interviews.

Great recruitment company. AAA+. They have a very friendly and professional approach, good opportunities, and great advice and prep. They always stick with you with feedback at relevant points until the final Yes/No answer. If there is a delay for some reason, they always let you know every couple of days of an update, it's very courteous and caring of them as waiting for feedback can be very anxious. Gianni my recruiter has been there for me constantly in various roles over the years and he finally helped me acquire a top engineering position with great pay and development prospects. I'm very grateful for his and SC's time and efforts. Thank you.

The best experience I had when looking for new employment. I was keep up to date with the progress of my application and given support. I am very happy with the service I received and have already recommended them to other friends looking for new employment.

It helping people even out of working hours, fully supporting them. Very helpful and honest team, which cares about you

My experience with Sterling Choice has been amazing, specially with my Recruiting agent Hannah Foreman. She is absolutely a gem. She assisted me through all the process and was available whenever I needed her and that's not a common thing for sure. The reason why I rated my experience with Sterling Choice as 5 starts is because of professionalism and kind approach adopted by Hannah Foreman. I think it would be great for Sterling Choice to have more people like Hannah that would be great for the businesses and reputation of the company.

Prompt, friendly service from Adam Smith. Down to earth and informative.

I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude for all the support and guidance I received from The Sterling Choice throughout the job search process.

My special thanks go to Dan Bucciero. Your expertise, dedication, and unwavering support played a pivotal role in helping me secure this role. I am incredibly excited about this new opportunity and truly appreciate all the effort you put into making it happen. Your professionalism is umatched and your communication skills are out through the roof
It was truly a pleasure working with you, and I feel fortunate to have had you by my side every step of the way.

Once again, thank you The Sterling Choice from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to staying in touch and sharing updates on my new role.

I worked with Oliver on securing my new position, he was extremely helpful, great communication throughout and always accessible if I needed anything

Clear and concise information, the level of support through this process has been fantastic, many thanks 😀

I have had experiences with many representatives from different recruitment organizations and honestly writing here, non of them has ever come close to the top-notch professionalism that I experienced at The Sterling Choice with Dan Bucciero. From the beginning to the end of the whole recruitment process, Dan Bucciero was there with an amazing professional guidance. He did not just find me a perfect role within 7 days but also understood and matched it with my experience, skills and career goals. Effective communication is a skill that many recruiters are lacking out there, however at The Sterling Choice, this is not the case, Dan made sure that I was kept in the loop and well updated all through the process (I never felt neglected or abandoned). The sterling Choice and Dan Bucciero, you deserve more that 5 stars and please continue with this amazing work and professionalism. Thank you for finding me a perfect role and I am really loving and enjoying it.

The most professional outfit out there.
Responsive, helpful and engaging. Sourced me a new role signed and delivered in 10 days! Amazing

I had a great experience with James at Sterling Choice. He kept me informed with regular updates about my application. He gave me all the information I needed regarding my interviews and was available whenever I had any questions even after I had been successful in securing a new position. Overall a very positive experience.

Firstly, it has been a refreshing recruitment process. Unusually the consultant I dealt with did what she said she would with a good can-do attitude and timely responses. Interviews were planned, assisted, previewed and generally made me feel really relaxed ( coming from a laid back person that's an achievement for me to notice). I cannot say too much in praise of Annaliese for her professionalism....and we had a laugh too. Well done Sterling Choice, and especially well done Annaliese.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gareth from the Sterling Choice and I cannot recommend him and the company highly enough. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Gareth was not only deeply knowledgeable about the recruitment process but also genuinely committed to my success. His kindness and straightforward approach in explaining each step were invaluable, providing clarity and confidence in what can often be a daunting journey.

What stood out to me the most, however, was the remarkable level of personalization that The Sterling Choice brought to the entire recruitment process. It was far more than just impressive; it was transformative, making the entire journey feel much more human and tailored specifically to my needs and aspirations. This personalised approach made all the difference, ensuring that I was not just another candidate, but a valued individual with unique contributions and potential.

Thank you very much for your massive help!!!!
All the best

Adam was really supportive and informative throughout the recruitment process helping me secure my new role

Her insightful suggestions enhanced my preparation, contributing significantly to the success of the interview. From job selection to the offer letter, the process was seamlessly guided by her professionalism and dedication.
