Great receptionist at Storage Center
The receptionist that works inside the facility makes the experience and is very helpful. They should be given more customer service authority to accommodate customers.

I asked that everything be set up for the first and it wasn’t. It started on the 24th. I was lied to and not given instructions on what to do or where to go. How to get into the gate. Nothing.
