Customer service of the two gentlemen
I had an incident where my ex threw all of my belongings and scattered it all over the parking lot. I had two gentlemen that worked there I don't know their names( two African American gentlemen) I totally forgot ; when I say they were more welcoming and helpful, I literally cried!! I tried to help financially they told me no that was their job. I think they should receive some type of financial reward or something some type of recognition will be definitely grateful on my behalf.

Everything is great
Everything is great, just wish this location had dolly's or carts to move big furniture. Most places do, it's hard to move without it.

Great units, Bring a dolly just in case!
Renting the unit was simple online, they are clean, and my unit is climate controlled and it is actually quite cool inside the building. The only downside I can think of is that there seems to be no carts or dollies to help with moving things, but I may have just not found them yet.

Did not have a pleasant phone experience with Rhonda at the actual location. However, the 2 representatives I spoke with on the phone made up on the customer service part. They were very helpful and friendly.
