At The Sushi Co. we follow the path less trodden to seek out the highest quality ingredients for our live sushi kitchens, without compromising the environment that they come from.

Our dedicated team works with a small hand-picked and highly accredited group of suppliers who deliver vibrant, eye-catching and flavoursome ingredients to our kitchens daily.

Once our team takes hold of these fresh ingredients, we follow authentic Japanese processes to prepare our handmade Minutes Fresh Sushi. From the size of slices taken from our Scottish sashimi grade salmon, to our slightly soured specialist sushi rice being the perfect bed for our fish or vegetables. We’re proud to take all the necessary extra steps to provide great quality sushi whilst doing our bit to be responsible in how we go about it.

We don’t use any rice; we use sushi rice.

Rice is sushi, that’s why we use the same rice you’ll find in the UKs top sushi restaurants. Carefully milled in the Po Valley, Northern Italy. Mother nature’s rich Mediterranean sun melts the snow sitting high on the Alps giving the rice fields we source from everything they need to grow. Our premium grade short grain rice is designed specifically for sushi – its texture and natural stickiness is perfect for sushi.

Fresh fish daily from award-winning fisheries.

We have the highest standards when sourcing our fresh fish suppliers. Whether it’s our 50-year-old Scottish Salmon farm or our cutting-edge 100% sustainable Dutch Yellowtail supplier, both are proud to have been accredited by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) for making every step of their processes as sustainable as possible.

Our Dutch Yellowtail are organically fed with the highest-grade antibiotic free feed, resulting in high levels of Omega 3. Our Scottish Salmon are nurtured in hatcheries on the banks of Loch Creran and use RAS technology to ensure the best growing conditions are provided.

Raw pink chicken!

Raw pink chicken!
Ordered the spicy chicken bao buns took one bite and it was pure pink! As if it hadn’t even been cooked just covered in batter. So disappointed and disgusted, it’s made me sick.

Hi, I am surprised you had raw chicken. Our Bao bun chicken products are pre-cooked, but we do use raw chicken. Can you confirm the location where you purchased it, please? If it was pink inside, chances are it is not our product.

Rude staff

Just wondering if you train people to be rude and hanging up the phone? All I was trying to ask Lewisham branch if they could alter the date for 2 tickets on12th to the 15th September for my birthday. I had an operation but clearly don't care. I didn't shout but yet I ask for a manager he hangs up. Call again same rubbish. Seems like having an operation to save me is the issue. I don't like rude ignorance, if you can't do the job find someone else. Mental health is real and so are we have respect and say it politely. I'm out off completely how you giving me the wrong email after I read it back to you twice. Why did you hang up when I asked for your name? I told him I had an operation he's reply ( we close at 11) this is the kind of mocking you do? Also thanks for ruining me birthday not that Lewisham cares. You should hire people who knows how to speak to people. Thanks so showing I'm nothing.

Great time at Sushi Co at Ealing Broadway

The staff working at Sushi Co at Ealing Broadway is fabulous, special mention to Jessica who was so polite and nice with us. Food was delicious. We loved the Crispy crunch roll. We had a lovely time there to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

I came to collect my sushi on my…

I came to collect my sushi on my allocated time and they didn’t even receive an order and start preparing it.

The sushi itself were good apart from a spicy salmon one that was a bit too paprika tasting (but that’s just my preference)

Delicious food, good value.

Good value for money. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. Always a good sign when you walk in to an Asian restaurant and Asian people are eating in. The only downside was a bit messy toilets.

Wrongly charged for delivery fee

I ordered for pick up but I was charged a delivery fee of GBP4.99. Contacted via email and Whatsapp but not respond.
