Quick delivery & good selection of sweets
Got my order relatively quick via Royal Mail, great selection on website..came across it on Google.
Packet was slightly smaller than expected but still good size, liked that the sweets were actually wrapped up & not just in the box..good price too as I basically got postage for free with the discount code. Some of the sweets are okay, some tasted cheap & no flavour but some of them are great, thank you!

I contacted sweetie co after an issue with my product, they acted straight away. The customer service team were brilliant! They were very understanding and helpful and I am very happy with the way it was dealt with.

Excellent range and great quality
Excellent range and great quality.
I ordered a pick and mix box so we have a little of everything and having the option to buy a bag of one selected sweet is great, I always have the fangs!
As I live local I have the option of local free delivery, WOW, I ordered on the Monday at 4.30pm and was amazed it arrived that evening.
I cannot fault the service I received from The Sweetie Co.

Amazing company
Amazing company!! Great selection of sweets, fast delivery. Retro sweets brought back so many memories from my childhood. Definitely will be ordering more as they didn’t last long, especially once my kids saw them 😉

A little disappointed
Received my order yesterday. To be honest I’m quite disappointed. I ordered a build your own box. The selection of sweets is very good I cannot fault them for this but upon arrival I felt quite deflated. To start my packages was A LOT smaller than imagined I had a discount code so it wasn’t too bad but if I had paid full price I would of definitely been annoyed with how small the box was. All sweets you order are put in one bag not individually wrapped so if you have fussy kids like me they will not eat these as all the sour sugar has stuck to the sweets without sugar on.. also the packaging. I selected that this item was a gift. It came in a very basic white box with a sticker on. I’m unsure if this company has just started up or not so maybe these things will change in the future. Positives are very fast shipping sweet quality is also good

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quantity of sweets that you ordered. We always aim to be as open and honest about the weights and prices of our sweets to avoid disappointment and we can confirm that your order contained to correct weight that was purchased. As you can see from our Build-A-Sweet-Box page, each selection weighs 50g and we try to make this as evident as possible. After the order has been placed, they are hand packed by our small team and weighed at every stage.
Our Build-A-Sweet-Box is designed to all go into one package, like you would find at a pick and mix counter at a cinema or traditional sweet shop, rather than individual bags, but we will take your feedback on board and try to make this more evident. For those who require separate bags, we also provide separate fizzy free and fizzy boxes, or our individual sweet pouches to keep them separate.
As your order was marked as a gift, we sent it unbranded in a presentation box, so as not to spoil any surprises and to expand your home gifting options. We are currently looking to expand our gift wrapping options, so we will take your feedback onboard.
