Above and beyond
The team went above and beyond to ensure my boyfriend received his custom sweets box for Valentine's Day! Customer service was excellent. The sweets were fresh and did not last long. :) I would definitely recommend The Sweetie Co.

I ordered from here for myself a few months back. The box was full to the brim, packaged beautifully and all sweets were fresh & tasty. I have just ordered a 1.5kg Valentine's box for my hubby!

Great experience and amazing customer service!
Overall a great experience! They have a wide selection of sweets for every taste and you can even put together your own box.
I ordered some sweet treats as a gift for relatives in the UK and had some problems with my order (choosing a billing address outside UK and adding a note), so I contacted the customer service. They were super nice and friendly and solved the problem immediately, waived the gift note fee and the parcel arrived in time.
Thanks again, especially to Emma from customer service :)

I have been on various candy sites and this was by far the most user friendly, best priced and most reasonable postage price. So easy to make a custom mix up and no loading difficulties. Looking forward to our candy.
