Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that our Tarry Lapsang Souchong has become your daily go-to, it is truly a delightful black tea with a wonderfully unique character.
It is also fantastic to know that our decaf English Breakfast exceeded your expectations. We know that decaf options can sometimes miss the mark on flavour compared to their caffeinated counterparts, so hearing that it hit the spot for you makes our day.
Thank you again for your support, we hope you enjoy every cup!

We are very sorry to hear that your recent batch of Sencha Iri Matcha did not feel as refreshing as your previous samples. Please be assured that all of our teas are stored in airtight containers to ensure they retain their optimal freshness. We have also carefully reviewed our stock in-house and found that the tea exhibits the vibrant fresh-grass aroma and rich umami flavour that we expect from this tea.

This was anything but great
This was anything but great. The worst oolong I have ever tasted and also the most expensive. I hate writing a bad review but in this case I must. Four season Oolong is not a good tea. And nothing like the description.
Royal blend was ok though which got the two stars. Also the delivery time was good. Shame about the four seasons though.

We appreciate your kind words regarding our Royal Blend and delivery service.
