Shocking company. Charge £5 for delivery and nearly 2 weeks has past and the mug hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Why sell stuff that isn’t available for dispatch. I will not be using this again. You will be waiting weeks before your order is dispatched. You’d be quicker ordering from china and that’s not even a joke.

Shame there is no option to give zero stars, i have ordered here several times with no complaints, postage they say is between 2-4 days, I have always received on the 5th day, this time round i purchased and paid for my item Monday morning 9:17, i received an email Friday evening from terrace store saying my item had been dispatched, checked my tracking number with yodel, who confirmed they are still waiting for my item, it’s now Saturday 5 days later still no item, it’s for a birthday gift tomorrow ( Sunday ) takes up to 72 hours for terrace store to respond to emails and only do this Monday to Friday, if you can not be bothered to get off your lazy bums and post out orders in good time, you have just lost my custom, such a shame as they make lovely football memorabilia here, highly disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered in good faith in good time for Christmas but the customer care is so poor this company uses Yodel and Yodel has lied and stated it has delivered the item and has failed to. My advice is never use this company for as long as they use Yodel.

Awful experience. My item never came. Zero communication and no tracking information. I expected better customer service

Bought a phone case and decided to add a the mystery gift for 5.99 , when my order arrived the mystery gift was 1 place mat😡 not impressed disgusting rip off

Bought a mystery box from this company. They claim that the content is worth more than you pay for the box. This simply isn’t true, you get a massive box with hardly anything in it. The content was very boring and worth about £10 max. Mouse mat, mug and coaster!!! Wouldn’t recommend. No mystery, I’m sure everyone gets the same stuff.

We went for the new brunch menu today and it was absolutely delicious, I had the Korean eggs and my daughter had the Bombay sandwich. We thought the flavours we just right and the masala tea finished the meal off perfectly . As always the staff were so attentive and the atmosphere was perfect

Ordered a birthday gift for my granded from The Terrace just this morning. In my haste I accidentally put my own address in. I contacted to ask to change it and they not only responded the same day but, with it being a birthday gift they've marked it as urgent and getting it sent asap. Can't fault the customer service there. Thanks a lot.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review of The Terrace Store. The problem was fixed and I believe it is incumbent on myself to write a good review. They offered to replace the items, however, I planned to have the two packages re-routed as I hadn't heard from them. Both packages got to where they should be and all is well. They offered to provide a good discount and voucher for myself next purchase, which I will be doing once new merch is in store. I like their products and mistakes happen. Glad it has been resolved and thank you to Ann for her help throughout.

Order a shirt, they submitted to the wrong address. In that address, no one lives for ages and now they are not even replying to me. What a pathetic service

The Attention to the detail from the Terrace as they launch the AFC Bournemouth 1996/97 home shirt and the away 1998/2000 shirts is second to none! A real labor of love has been given to these shirts to give us Cherries fans the chance to wear these classics again, Please do more in the future! These retro collections are fantastic! Every little detail has be fulfilled on these shirts, nothing has been missed out!

Phenomenal service, quick turnaround and great product quality.

I ordered a print that was damaged by the postman, despite the packaging saying 'Do Not Bend. When I found the print behind my front door it was bent in half with a big crease down the middle.

With no fuss an FOC replacement was sent, and was, frustratingly damaged by the postman again, me having missed answering the door in time by seconds (complaint has been made to the Royal Mail).

Due to the numerous complications involved, which I can't blame the Terrace Store for (apart from perhaps using Postman-proof packaging in the future), I gave up and asked for a refund which was given without challenge.

Friendly business with great customer service that I will use again.

Absolute rubbish, ordered the Crystal Palace mystery box & received a bog standard mug & coater and a Carlisle United water flask 😳 need I say more!

Great place to spend my birthday with friends & family.We attended the Spice Girls themed brunch.It was amazing fun,dancing,lovely choice of brunch.Pancakes with syrup & fresh fruit were delicious.Endless Prossecco & cocktails all in with the price.We all had such a great day.We will definitely book again for another event.Well done to the organiser of these events as they are brilliant.Staff were very friendly & joined in with everyone.Such a laugh.

Extremely poor products . Bought a so called mystery box for £20 including postage and received a ten year old mug , similar age mousemat and a beer Mat. Honestly that was it . Waste of money and not as promised “more value than paid for”

I rate it 1 star because i Cant rate any lower. Ordered the mystery box ,15£ plus 4 £ for posting well doesn't worth the money at all ,they send u some rubbish mug and beer opener and a plastic bottle all cheap and 💩 looking , horrible company

Bought a mystery box, worth about £2. Mug from the sponsor beer mat and coaster. Really this is total tat. At least put one good item in there.

My son ordered a Leeds mystery box for my birthday and very disappointed, had a bobble hat in white yellow blue strips nothing to do with Leeds on it just Leeds colours, a bottle opener with Thistle Hotel on it and a mug with The Yorkshire Post on it.
would never recommend buying these to anyone
