Excellent service
Very prompt and efficient service.
Thetford representatives were helpful and friendly at all times.
The installation was also done by Laidens Electrical, Townsville as recommended by your office.
Your repair agent was efficient, helpful and very professional. He really cares about the customer and the outcome.
It was a pleasure to go through the process of purchase and installation where you can actually say you got your monies worth.

Ripped off by one of thier supposed…
Ripped off by one of thier supposed expert dealership s who hadn't got a clue what they were on about. Wrote my fridge off and I had to buy a new one 4500 dollars. Later to discover the problem was a faulty electrical board which would have cost 120 dollars. Bunch of criminals.
