No hotel shuttle Delta Park North in Portland - as advertised!
I found this hotel through Trivago using the filter "airport shuttle" and did my due diligence by checking the hotel site on the Choice site which also lists "shuttle service" on the amenities list.
When we arrived at Portland Airport after10pm, I called the hotel and was told there was no shuttle service available at the hotel and "they were trying to have Expedia change their listing". A $61 + tip USD ride later ($90+ CAD), we arrived at the hotel - I asked if there was any shuttle service and I was again told no. I asked why there was a shuttle service listed on the hotel site as an amenity and she stated "I see that, that's unfortunate". We had to be back at the airport by 5am and another $38 + USD ($57+ CAD) Uber ride back to the airport.
I specifically booked this hotel for the airport shuttle as we had a quick turnaround and am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed by the misleading information both on 3rd party sites and the "Choice" site.
As a side note, when we walked outside to catch our Uber - there was a Country Inn and Suites van parked there. So I'm not sure what was up with that as I did ask specifically when we arrived if there was a shuttle at all and was told no.
