I have only rated 1 star as zero stars was not an option I would not advise my worst enemy to buy a car from this lot of cowboys dreadful experience I was lied to and mis lead at every stage the car is a death trap please try every other option before trying these guys or take a mechanic with you and solicitor for the paper work side as I was tucked on that aswell and the customer service is none existant just dreadful hard to believe how I have been treated is legal. Also Google a few reviews there are many like myself

Ever since I've bought this car I have had endless problems,first the clutch went then the power steering.highway garage has not been paid for doing the clutch,which has been done since November,David Bryant the owner of the garage has sent endless emails and has phoned would be very grateful if u settled the account as previously said thank you jennifer jones.

Excellent service and quick turn around with my car had it the same day cannot fault you

Yesterday me an my partner called into the Merthyr Tydfil trade centre Wales before heading to see a car for sale in Caerphilly. As we walked in we were welcomed by a lovely team of sales assistance. As soon as we walked in we saw a car exactly the same as I was about to go to see. I couldn't believe it. A lady approached us with very welcoming open arms as we asked questions about the car she replied with all what I was looking for. Then the manager came an had a chat he was also very welcoming. We told him we was about to go an see a car after calling..he asked details on the car I was about to go an see ...and I couldn't believe that the car I saw was a much nicer car also a much much better price with less milage and yrs....so in an instant I thought this is the car for me so I'm so so happy to say I had the best car which is a fiat 500s and the best assistance ever ...can't thank them enough ...I'm over the moon with my new car thank you all at Merthyr Tydfil trade centre Wales.

When I first arrived at trade centre wales in Merthyr Tydfil. I was greeted by Wayne he was very polite and very helpful. Everyone I spoke to whilst I was there was so polite and helpful I’ll will 100% buy a car again from trade centre.

Came in to look for a car after RTC. The staff at the Merthyr branch looked after me and made the whole process flow with ease. Excellent customer service. Even bough me a coffee. Thank you for the brilliant service.

This is the second time we have used trade TCW all the staff as usual were really helpful and friendly, our salesman Wayne made the whole experience for my stepdaughter a pleasant one didn’t rush her or try to over sell the car it really did sell its self really so no hard salesman pressure. And for the second time we collected the car from Nick who has been at TCW for years and also handed me the keys to my previous car about 4 or 5 years ago. Goes without saying we will be going back in the future we are really happy with the car we had my stepdaughter loves it. Many thanks

Good service,very precise and very helpful! Did wait a good few hours on collection day, which was quite frustrating. But overall good service happy with our purchases.
