This was my second time I did the course.
Since I did my first in October 2023, my life changed and getting better and better in all the aspect: work, relationships, family and helping to go deeper with my meditations.

As someone who has spent many years cultivating a personal growth and self care practice, I am not quick to onboard new programs. I found the seminar to be incredibly mindful, deep, and exceptionally well-facilitated. The sessions were conducted in a very effective manner, creating a safe and supportive environment for introspection.
