Much the same as the below review, I booked with this mob as they were offering Cathay Pacific Brisbane to London for 2 adults and a child and was quoted at $953PP. After putting in all my details, the same girl Sarah tried calling me and then sent me an e-mail saying that they were ready to book my flights at $1370PP. After I e-mailed back saying that this is not what I had booked, she VERY CONVENIENTLY said "yeah it's not available, but I'm very happy to book you in at the price I quoted. I can get the same flights for $250PP CHEAPER on more reputable comparison sites.

I liked the way the staff communicate with me. For my benefits, I could now have extra kg of baggage. I liked the time taken by them to response me back. Only I had a problem at the beginning when I booked ticket for the first time. Before payment is being made, the time schedule showed different and after confirmation it showed different.
After contacting to the staff member, I could manage my flight details.
Now I am happy. 1 star I reduced for the website not to the staff.
I would definitely recommend to my friends.

SCAMMERS, stay away. Got tickets through their site with Cathay Pacific. Later on you realise that the baggage is extra $250 per person. /Nothing indicated that the tickets we were getting were with no baggage included - because who needs luggage for overseas travel?/. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking for someone else.

Hi All, I would Like to share my worst experience I had in my life. Mr. Morris who pretend to be a very nice person gave me a ticket for $2000 during the December period which I think was Ok as it was peak season for India (They asked me to add a review so I added positive feedback). While going from Mel it was all good but while coming back from Delhi, I was told that your ticket was Invalid and has been used. I tried reaching Morris and all the numbers on their website but Nobody picked the call. All my friends and family members in Australia were calling Morris and other team members but no one picked the call. I send him the text on Whatsapp, he read my message but didn't reply. I think more than 100 calls were made but No luck. I was sitting at the airport waiting for Morris to reply but he didn't and I missed the Flight. I called Eithad Airways, they told your ticket had been used. I was sitting at the airport, not sure what to do with 35kgs of weight and my family sitting outside of the airport. I had no option other than buying ticket from the airport for AIRINDIA [DEL-MEL] with less luggage allowed. I have to take 5 kgs out of the bag. and had to give back to my family who was standing outside for more than 14 hours.

Please please don't book your tickets through them. They will take your money and won't even pick your call. I have all the proof, I can share if someone needs it. Consider yourself in a situation you are at the airport and you are told that your ticket is not Valid.

If someone needs further information, I can provide it. I really don't understand how can people do and sleep like this while putting someone in trouble and least bothered.

DO NOT TRUST. After things initially seemed ok I am unable to use the return ticket because the travel agent is under investigation by the airline. The travel agent also booked a flight under my name from and to unrelated countries at a later date. The travel agent staff refused to accept any responsibility and I had to pay over $1600 to get home. DO NOT TRUST

These guys are great. Super helpful and sorted out by my flight with a follow up call.
