Fast reply to the support question - happened to be me at fault and super cheap

Software arrived promptly, with easy-to-follow instructions. However, the licence-key kept being rejected. Support were superb, with virtual instant responses to my emails. It took a couple of attempts to sort the problem, but we got there, with excellent advice and support. I'd happily use them again...

They claim Lifetime Key Warranty My computer failed and when I tried to install the software on my new computer I couldn't I tried to get help and was told I had to buy a new key. So the lifetime warranty must be that of the computer which might not be long if your unlucky. Buyer beware!

Needed help with installing software I bought a couple of years ago, on a new computer. They responded very quickly and solved the issue immediately. Their pricing is also fantastic. Couldn't recommend any more highly.

I'm always a bit unsure buying discounted software products, however I've been purchasing from these guys for 5 years now, and if I did have a problem (user error in my case by not reading the instructions before starting) their webhelp is awesome and very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy book 4 edge, Snapdragon X Plus and wanted a one time purchase for Office software.
After a very quick search, Unitysoft came up with good price range, good reviews and the correct package I wanted.
Simple payment online and a quick return of confirmation email with product key.
Had some issues installing the software from the download... THIS WAS MY ISSUE, not anything to do with the product or company.
A quick fired off email answered instantly with a solution for my issue, pointed myself in the right direction with polite and professional answers.
I would purchase from this company with confidence.

I had a key stop working after upgrading to windows 11. Support got me a new key right away, no questions asked.

From a Win11 rebuild I needed to load MSOffice19 which I had previously purchased from Theunitysoft website.
Their support was able to help me access the MSOffice ISO file quickly and efficiently. Then a simple job of installing and applying the license key.

Great value for money. I have used Unitysoft and the company as it existed under its previous name twice and had good results both times. I had a minor issue which was nothing to do with the software, and the support to resolve the problem was good. I would definitely recommend the company.

purchased "office pro plus 2024" from Unity soft and had issues with activating the program due to a mistake on my end. the agent that i sent back and forth emails to over 5 days, was really patient and supportive, trying different troubleshooting methods before we were finally able to resolve it. I'd absolutely recommend purchasing their services 11/10!

I purchased 'Office' from 'The Unity Soft', but had some difficulties installing / activating it. Their support team helped me to resolve the issues even though I contacted them during the late evening, well after 'office hours'.

I was doing something stupid, and they sorted me within the hour. Very prompt service and very friendly.

Everything is great, but prices could be lower

Bought many licenses from this company and I get the code the second I pay and never had a problem

I have used this site for several years now when installing MS Office on many computers. It has been extremely good. Once or twice the keys were rejected, however they have always readily supplied working replacements. Would definitely recommend.
