I had a problem with my order and they were great help in resolving the problem and making sure I was satisfied. They were quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely order from them again.
Never shipped, a month out and nothing shipped
I ordered my families christmas gifts on black friday. Thinking that they would surely get sent by christmas. However, to this day... Jan 2nd the items still have not been sent. I contacted customer service to find out what happend. They said one game was on back order. So I requested they send me the other items and I heard nothing. I contacted them yesterday to cancel my order and I've not heard a thing.
If I could give a zero I would
I had issues with the game being too hard at our house. issues with return BUT BUT BUT they took care of it and gave me a refund and a sorry and let me have the game which I will pass on. they stood by their word and beyond.

Ordered this game in plenty of time for Christmas, no tracking email was ever sent. Eventually got an e mail apologising but my order wouldn’t be delivered in time for Christmas. Still no confirmation of despatch I will be putting a charge back request in.
Do not use this company directly safer to order from other outlets.

we got the uzzle game first last year and enjoy this one, but got Crossico this year and not a favorite
we purchased several times. Last year for gifts with teh Uzzle game we liked. This year we got teh Crossico; not the same fun at all. Customer service was not easy and we had a coupon to use but they did not honor it. Then after much difficulty they worked things out. we got Crossico t try before sending to family and friends. Glad we did not buy for gifts unfortunately. WE played two days to get familiar and it was not much fun. Combinations of letters on cubes are very limiting as to building words for the game and seems the same words must be used each time you play just to win. We will try it a few more times but overall at present, we find it very little fun and a game better played like solitaire. Could not imagine a group game night trying to work on such a small area to build a word. Reviews seem to favor but they cannot mean this game. Love Uzzle the game but not Crossico as I must say it is not a favorite. Love that they actually expanded Uzzle too as we did move through that game in the year we played, and near the ending was seemingly too easy once you get use to it. I still enjoy sharing this one with new players though.

Did not arrive and doesn’t seemed to be shipped yet.
No response so far to email queries and now keep getting multiple advertising emails from Uzzle.

Not received my order
I too, have not received my order - regardless of constant reassurances!
They blamed technical issues with their carrier - and then I received another email 2 days ago promoting sales on Amazon!
I don't think its a scam, but thoroughly unprofessional.
Not happy: and I will be seeking a refund. Too late for Christmas now.

i place an order on the 11th december and have had no communication from them since despite the promise of a 5 to 7 day delivery.
i however get continuous sales emails suggesting i could place another order. All i want is my order!! .... or at least some communication as to when i can expect it. (clearly not by Xmas!!)
looking supiciously like a scam!

Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. I literally asked them prior to ordering if I’d receive it prior to Xmas and they said yes. I got shipping advice two weeks ago and still no delivery. I’ve emailed but no response. A huge disappointment as they were presents.
Great service and quality
The game was delivered promptly, quick response from and email I sent and the game is great quality, looking forward to spending lots of fun times playing it with family.

Poor service
Ordered a game for Christmas, despite a stated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days, there is no sight of the item ever having been despatched several days later. Contacted the company via their online help service and no response. Really poor service, do not use this company direct.
My order didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive and seemed lost in the post. When I emailed the company their response was fantastic and they promptly sent another order as priority post and I received it the next day. Can’t thank them enough.

Waiting for almost three weeks and no tracking email
I ordered the Family bundle for my daughter's family on Dec 1. Received the confirmation email and my credit card charge posted on Dec 2. I am still waiting to receive a tracking email (Dec 20). Sent an email yesterday and posted on their support board today but still have heard nothing. I started to think this was a scam and looked for that online. Supposedly legit but if I do not hear from them soon I will initiate a chargeback. The least they could do is respond to me!

Quick response to questions and this game looks like so much fun. Reviews are fantastic. We are looking forward to playing this over the Christmas and New Year Holiday. Happy to provide further feedback after we get to play this game with friends and family.
Still waiting for my order
I ordered this game in November as Christmas gifts for all our families. It was expected Nov. 27, in plenty of time to ship to all families for Christmas. It did not arrive. Dec. 5, they told me it was lost in transit and a new order would be filled. With quick delivery, I might get it wrapped and sent off to families in Kansas, Idaho, and Louisiana in time for Christmas. If I had the games today, I might get the gifts off for Christmas. In an email today, "Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry you haven’t received an update on your order yet. The delay occurred because the game in your order went out of stock, and we needed to wait so everything could ship together.
Your order will ship today and is expected to arrive before Christmas. You will receive the tracking details once it has shipped.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for bearing with us."
Sounds like it is time to have the credit card company try to get my money back
