High waisted with some stretch…what more could you want

This company is an absolute scam.
I purchased from them a sensor to help in training my dogs not to bark as often.
To begin with it took almost 3 months for item to arrive and when it finally arrived it was defected. I contacted their customer service department and even sent them a video showing the defected device. All i was offered was a 2USD refund.
They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee which is an absolute lie. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM..

NEVER order with this company. I received two items, one of them didn't work. The value of the product was 30 dollars, they offered me a refund of 4 dollars. It's ridiculous and outrageous.
I send them a couple of very clear emails and the raised the refund to 8 dollars (final offer they said), with is still terrible. Just don't order here, it will cost you.

Rip off business. These thieves use photos of other peoples goods, make a sh**ty plaster (?) copy of an item and send it to you. The system you pay through have to be convinced that it’s a con. I got all my money (minus a fee) back through PayPal. This is a scammers business model - watch out for it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $55 for a Woven Highland Cow head and a small plastic cows head which looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised arrived. I have since checked the advertising and they are using a private craftsman’s pictures from the Uk to scam anyone hoping to buy this hideous item. I contacted them numerous times and they offered a refund of $7 which I refused. Then $10 then $17 but that was it. They won’t provide a zip code which I need so that I can send this item back. To send it back to China is going to cost minimum £12.90. I have contacted PayPal and they are looking into it but I hold hold out much hope. Absolute disgrace.

Typical chinese rubbish, hiding behind an american domain/ tracking ….. total rubbish and a waste of money!

Also beware they add ‘shipping insurance’ as a matter of fact and then bullish!t saying you added it 😂😂

This company do not even deserve one star! Ordered the hand woven highland cows head and got the worst thing in the world, not woven at all but a mould, could not get my money back as they said it was checked before shipping, it was not cheap so did not expect to be scammed and PayPal were useless in helping me get a refund 🤬🤬🤬

Need a zero star rating!!!! As most of the people above I fell for the Highland cow scam , bought on impulse for my girlfriend when I saw it. When it arrived I would have laughed it hadn't been so expensive, its hideous looks like it's made out of pot noodles by a four year old at nursery , sent photographs of what I ordered v what I received and was told they've checked and it is the correct item , expensive mistake AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The Worst!! I fell for it too - worst online service & they offered me $5 USD compensation rather than allow me to return the stupid ugly tiny highland cows. I’ve sent 6 emails so far - gonna keep at it! Do not buy from these scammers!!!

Bought what I thought would be a beautifully crafted Highland Cow head for my wall, described as woven willow. I foolishly ordered TWO, one as a gift for my sister.
When they arrived they were very small and clearly made from moulded resin. Absolutely not as pictured on the website.
I received emails tracking the items through USA customs. However, the my are clearly from China.
This is a scam. Don’t make the mistake I did. There is no option to return them via Evri or get my money back. I feel so foolish.

MINUS 10, AVOID AVOID, Waited 4 weeks for the Willow Highland Cow Head, when it came what a DISAPPOINTMENT, Cheap & Nasty Plastic 😒 nothing like the picture advert, complaining through email & passed to there customer service , which will drive you mad, so far I've been offered 3 USD for my inconvenience, I wish I had looked at the reviews 1st, this company needs closing down, they are basically stealing money off people.

Not as described extremely poor quality,took nearly a month to arrive ,looked like it was arriving from America but from china , definitely not buy !!

This is a complete rip-off. It's tiny, it's plaster, nothing woven, just cheap plaster.

Arrived today and absolutely nothing like what was shown and what I expected. Cheap, minute-sized Highland Cow, not woven.Looks awful. Completely scammed. Feel a fool.

As per all the below I ordered what I believed to be a highlands cow head- the picture advertised is not a true representation of the item advertised and as others have said what was received is a piece of plastic which has no resemblance to the advertised.

I am in comms with the so called customer care team who appear to be trying to fob me off with rubbish as all I want is full refund as paying 55 dollars for this item is day light robbery!

I have also escalated request for refund through pay pal who have escalated by complaint to were payment was sent which appears to be China ! So all I have have paid for is piece of plastic made in china! Seriously this on line company needs shutting down

One star is far too much - of I could go minus I would. Like the others in this thread, I ordered the Highland coo. Now and again I forgot to check reviews and this was the one. Do not waste your money. So disappointed, such a wast of money down the drain. Will not even bother sending to charity shop. I won't insult them with this tat. I would love a refund but based on other reviews, I will not bother. Put it down to experience.

Ordered a model of a Highland cow head as a present for someone. It arrived yesterday. Never been so disappointed in what was in a box. It's plastic.. supposed to be made out of rushes. Cheap and nasty. Have paid far too much for cheap Chinese rubbish. The website is a farce, and trying to get a refund is just ridiculous. I do not want a replacement 🤬🤬

Do NOT purchase from this company. I, like many others, ordered a willow highland cow head and received an item a quarter of the size that's promised and it resembles something that was made by a 6 year old out of dried spaghetti at an arts and crafts camp. What you receive is not as advertised so do not spend your money here. You can't get a refund and you will only get even more frustrated dealing with their AI customer service if you try to complain or demand your money back. Walk away before you spend a cent!!
