The villa was so gorgeous, I am loathe to tell you about it in case it gets too booked up! We couldn't have wished for a better house to accommodate our party, which changed half way through.
The master bedroom was fantastic and the en-suite was lovely. the second bedroom was also great. The two downstairs bedrooms were shady (this was late season so we weren't looking for shade!) but adequate. There were so many places to sit inside, we never felt on top of each other and we could always choose sun or shade in the many outside areas.
We loved the barbecue terrace for pre-dinner drinks and ate outside every night, even at the end of October. Everyone commented on the huge outside dining table.
There were a few niggles, like having to top up the dishwasher with salt and rinse aid and buy big bin bags, but this was soon forgotten in our appreciation of this great find!
We had a fabulous meal at Quinta da Saudade and the owners gave us a huge bouquet for our anniversary. Jan, the house manager also gave us a bottle of champagne, which was an amazing thought.
Throughout the process of booking and holidaying I was impressed with The Villa Agency. They were helpful at every stage, particularly during the uncertainties of the pandemic. Thank you so much, Ginnie!!

Another great holiday in Portugal thanks to Ginnie and her team at Villa Agency , and simple booking system .We had a lovely villa in a convenient location for restaurants, shops and trips into Carvoeiro. The villa was kept very clean and had every amenity you could want ,the outside was very spacious with an extra large heated pool .Looking forward to returning next year .

Highly recommended agency. Contact very friendly and questions were always responded to very quickly. The rented holiday home was as described, very nice and well-kept and well equipped. We have already booked twice through the agency and can highly recommend them!

We've always received an excellent service from the Villa Agency. Even more so over the last 12 months with having to move and rearrange bookings due to covid. Not only a professional company but a friendly one too. Ginnie makes you feel completely at ease and I will not hesitate using the Villa Agency again.

Villa was spacious, clean, comfortable. Covid precautions were in place. The cleaning 3 times (unexpectedly) during our stay. The pool and outdoor area excellent. Location was 5-10 minutes walk to town centre, but in a quiet residential area.

Myself and husband have had the best villa holiday yet thanks to the villa agency! We regularly stay in villas and have tried many companies, but the villa agency are definitely our favourite now and we won't be turning back.
I changed dates a few times, this was no problem! We arranged 10 nights in Terras Altas then 5 nights in Leao. Communication was fast and simple, any questions were answered in depth and made me feel like a valued customer, they really do want to make the holiday special for you!
Now, the villas were out of this world. I'd searched the website for literally hours checking prices, dates and finding villas that suit our needs. When we arrived both villas were so much larger than expected! First terras altas felt like a mansion especially with the long winding driveway, the cleaner Filizmina was so friendly and helpful, definitely the nicest cleaner we've ever had. We instantly fell in love with the villa, the photos really don't show how amazing it is! We managed to walk everywhere easily, to aldi, oceano, restaurants and got an uber to the beach.
Next Casa Leao was also immaculate and huge. Only a few mins down the road but the location felt very different and secluded which was a luxury. Again this villa was perfect and we enjoyed every moment.
Deposit was refunded quickly too. Will absolutely book with this agency again, can't recommend them enough! Just have to see what 2021 brings in regards to covid and hope we can get abroad again. Thanks so much to the team at the villa agency, they made our holiday one to remember

We have been using the villa agency for a couple of years now and always had a first class service.
We have just spent 10 glorious days at Casa Luisa and everything was perfect.
The ladies who came to clean did a marvellous job and in these present times we felt comfortable in the knowledge that the Villa Agency had put in safe guarding measures to keep us safe.
