I emailed them because I forgot to add an item to my order, the Customer Service rep assisted me with in 24hrs and I didnt have to pay extra for shipping. I

I love my Wander Club tokens. Each place I travel is a fond memory and these jingling tokens remind of these travels every time I hear them. Each token is durable and is a fabulous lasting reminder of time well spent.

I purchased many tokens from this company around a year ago, they claim they have a lifetime warranty on their products however the tokens have already deteriorated significantly. I have reached out to the company for help with this but I cannot get a response from them through email, Facebook message, or Instagram message. I highly recommend reconsidering before purchasing from this company. Their products are not quality and they do not stand by their guarantee.

The tokens and leather chains were even better than my expectations. The designs, colors, construction & customer service are excellent. I purchased these for an up-coming family trip and I can't wait for their responses. I'm sure they will be as impressed with this company as I am!
