I have wanted to part exchange my watch for some time now but due to my circumstances needed to do this online. But I was terrified to send a valuable watch through the post and trust that I would receive another in return. I had seen quite a few good reviews for this company and when I made contact with them I instantly felt they were the right company for me.
They acted quickly, kept me fully informed and if I emailed they got right back to me. 5 star service for sure. In about a week I had a lovely new watch. It was so easy. I can not recommend them highly enough. A great deal and a great service. Many thanks.

Great service from Jonathan and his team with the purchase of my Omega speedy pro.
Especially as I asked for the watch to be shipped to Corsica and the box to the UK,which they arranged FOC.

Purchased an Omega Seamaster for my wife at a fantastic price. I spoke with Jonathan on a couple of occasions to keep abreast of the delivery process and he told me exactly what the situation was on each call and as soon as the watch was dispatched it was shown the web site. The watch was posted Royal Mail signed for and was delivered the following day. All in all a painless process that has resulted in a very happy wife!

After spotting a potential purchase on line, I contacted seller via email to get a rapid response and later a more phone call from founder, Jonathan, which in this day and age I really appreciated and something that gave the whole experience a more personal feel.
After finding that location was within in travelling distance it was arranged to visit and view watch which turned into a far more informal chat about passion for watches and left feeling in no way pressured to purchase.
Whilst saving and contacting intermittently always to prompt relies the watch suddenly was out of stock,only to be told that they would do there best in the New Year to source another for me, unknown to me that in the meantime my wife had purchased for me for Christmas and Jonathan had personally delivered to her, now thats some service.
Now I am a proud owner of a new Oris BC4, at a great price and supplied with great service more importantly, The Watch Directory will now be my first port of call on any new purchases and please be aware that if you have any concerns about purchasing from them DONT,!!! excellent products, excellent price and excellent service you cant ask for more.

My husband has wanted an Oris Aquis for over 20 years so last year I said to him if you give up smoking I will buy you one with the money we saved my husband hasn’t smoked for over a year so we started looking and after reading the reviews on trust pilot we shopped on line at the watch Directory and were amazed at the price we have saved over £300 by buying from them they were quick to reply and very quick on delivery the Oris was well packaged So no damage at all on the box 📦

Considering it was a newly released model and not available everywhere they managed to find it in only a few days and at a tidy saving. So not only fast but cheaper than anywhere else too!

Received my Oris aquis from the watch directory yesterday and am very happy with my purchase, delivery was on time and box was very well packaged so no chance of damage occurring during the delivery process. Jonathan responded in a speedy manner to the numerous emails I sent him and made it clear he was happy to help with any enquiries I had. If you don't see the watch you're after on the website just email them a link to the watch you want and they will be able to get it for you, I requested details on a couple of watches not on the site and they were able to come back with prices and a rough delivery date. The watch came with all necessary manuals and the manufacturer guarantee card. I will certainly be giving my custom to the watch directory again when looking for my next watch and have already recommended them to a couple of friends. One last thing is the price, I searched for hours and hours before making this purchase and I can assure you that you will not get a better price than with these guys, some of the savings on the rrp are unbelievable, on some of the oris watches there are £600 savings compared to the high street stores and this is reflected across the many brands they supply. I always feel that the REAL test of a company is how they respond when there's an issue......
In my case, there was a glitch with the site and it took the payment twice. I emailed The Watch Directory and 30 seconds later, Jonathan called me back, despite it being 9.30 at night. He then immediately credited the duplicate payment back and sent me an email with screen shots to show this. The watch arrived the next day, as advertised and with a small gift, which was a kind gesture.
Jonathan was helpful and honest throughout the experience and I therefore have no hesitation in stongly recommending his business.
