Sarah was wonderful, keeping us up to date with delivery progress and following up to make sure everything was OK. The sink was delivered within a few days, very well packaged and protected. My Nyla basin was delivered quickly, packed not only very securely as you’d expect for a premium product but also beautifully. It was like unwrapping layers of tissue from the most exquisite dress!
