I ordered the Lovila Carhartt Jacket that they displayed on their website and they sent me an item that was not Carhartt, just a denim jacket. The item looked nothing like the picture. Then when I reached out to do a return within the time frame that was written on their site, I got no response. They are fraudulent and paypal should not be associated with them.

almost one month later and my order still hasnt been processed or shipped..Horrible company no customer support, no email response. once you paid there is no way to get refund. its a scam store

Hi everyone who is reading my review. here is what I found this website was recently made from a asian country somewhere from India to scam folks in the name of yellowstone merchandise pretending an official site but its a scam website thewesternoutfit.com

they are doing scam shit to trick people, steal money, never deliver the product, and never answer any emails. They also block you from their social media pages. Block your emails, The payment I made for the order was never recovered because they tricked paypal under seller protection

This company is an absolute scam and fraud operation. I contacted them before placing my order to confirm details, yet they still went ahead, took my payment, and never delivered the product. They simply stole my money and then started making excuses.

When I asked for a refund, they pretended they would process it but have since ignored all of my emails. They do not communicate, they do not deliver, and they do not refund. This is not a real business – this is a fraudulent online scam shop.

They are scammers based out of India or Pakistan, running fake websites and producing cheap, counterfeit replicas under the name of Yellowstone and other brands, just to trick people. They hide behind fake promises and then disappear once they have your hard-earned money.

I lost $149, and they have effectively stolen it. They are thieves, fraudsters, and professional scammers. I will be reporting this fraudulent company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and pursuing legal action for scamming me.
